Staff is either dishonest or completely uneducated on the products they carry. I ask specific questions about one of the products, trying to discern active ingredients or any side effects. The active ingredients ended up being very common functional supplements. They dodged my questions about ingredients either because they just wanted a sale and were willing to misrepresent to achieve this....or else they are completely ignorant to their products or their class comparison.The packaging had no listed ingredients and implied others that were not present. Clerk did the same. I would have probably bought even with honest disclosure.

Great friendly environment with a huge selection of tobacco products and even a climate controlled cigar case! The owner is very friendly and accommodating when we asked for a special order!

I love Tobacco Plus! They're the best shop for any smoke or quick snack and drink needs. Not to mention everyone that I've met that works there's is as nice as can be. 10/10 for me and the hours are great too!

They wanted me to go to a walk up window because I didn't have a mask. So I couldn't even look around to decide what I wanted. There is no mask mandate in place currently. They were really rude about it too. I won't go here again. Used to love this place.

Had to pick up a couple extra cigars while I was in downtown Asheville. The walk-in humidor isn't huge but they have an adequate selection. The cigars are probably their second sales product as most of the store is devoted to values, pipes, etc. kids behind the counter was cool cigar prices were slightly higher than what I pay in Florida but maybe the state tobacco taxes are higher idk.

DO NOT GO HERE. There are plenty other smoke shops. They sold me 3 bum vapes in a row. And then refused to let me return them. Not to mention two fake puff bars costed me $42. Very disappointed. Will never step foot in there or give them my business again.

It's a cool little shop. They also have window service from the sidewalk. They carry a locally brewed yerba mate called Infruition. You should go there now and try one. ?

The first visit the girl working was extremely hateful to my friend and I,Not once but twice. My second trip tonight will be my last visit here....I checked the hours before I drove all the way across town to buy a bag of tobacco and I arrived at 11:26pm. The man working did a hand motion that they were closed... They are supposed to be open until 12am. I would understand if it was 15 till or something. The employees here are nothing but rude. If you hate your jobs that much you should find new ones.... When dealing with the public it's not necessary to be completely sour to your customers.

Awesome Experience. Popped in for a bottle of water and walked out with some Asheville City knowledge. Sam was awesome and pointed both my girlfriend and towards some good places.Will definitely be back anytime I’m downtown
