This is a beautiful hotel, in a great location, with huge rooms like apartments. We loved our stay this summer. The staff was so nice and helpful. The location is so convenient to downtown; we loved the free parking. Highly recommend!!

downtown Ashville location was a plus but it was the suite with kitchen and washer and dryer that made it special. came to town to experience The Biltmore. discovered Ashville has much more going on. The Windsor was our entree to the "more" of Ashville.

Wonderful stay and the best staff. Our room was beautiful, well equipped and comfortable. The perfect location! I will stay here every Asheville trip.
