Amazing customer service. Up beat and great energy from all of the staff. Pricing is super competitive and they have great deals. Not too mention they helped all of the people in Asheville who were affected by the hurricane with food , clothes , ect.. Def the best smoke shops as well as great people in general.

Always fun to go in and joke around with the knowledgeable staff when you need to pick up whatever supplies you’re looking for. They even had a hot meal for me to grab when we were out of power during the hurricane at no cost!! Thank you for looking out for the community when you didn’t have to.

Would be a lot better of a company if their return and exchange policy wasn't simply "NONE WHATSOEVER". I specified that I needed an item that performed a certain way. The clerk showed me the item and made it look like it did what I wanted. However they simply held the item in a way that made it seem like the right product when in fact it was not. So now I'm stuck with a $20 item I have zero use for. Thanks y'all

The atmosphere and staff were incredible! Amazing selection with a positive vibe radiating through the entire place! If you have the opportunity to stop and check it out, you will not be disappointed! Extra bonus for us was a rock machine (old gumball machine)
