We were on the 4th floor with several windows. We had some view of the mountains, but part was covered as the trees are growing up. In the shops at the house, the employees were not Biltmore friendly. Our server at the Stable Cafe was very nice. At the winery, all employees were great.

Cozy Inn on Biltmore estate, fantastic service and staff. Arrived late and wanted a few moments in front of the large fireplace, and someone went above and beyond to help is find some hot chocolate! Great quiet space in the morning to do a little work before a day exploring the estate. Concierge staff were also extremely helpful in planning our trip to the house, we were able to secure tickets directly through the concierge. Overall a fantastic experience, only complaint would be the room size, but it's certainly appropriate for hotels of an older era. 9.8/10 would recoommend, and would stay again.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at The Biltmore Inn. As a long-time patron of your establishment, I have always held your hotel in high regard, but unfortunately, my most recent experience fell far short of my expectations.Upon arrival, my family and I were dismayed to discover that despite our request for a room close to the elevator due to my mom being handicap, we were asssigned a room further from it. However, after 20 minutes on the phone with your front desk staff, they were able to move us. This was inconvenient, but what made matters worse was the ongoing construction, which subjected us to disruptive noise from drills and saws as early as 7:00 in the morning. This unexpected disturbance significantly detracted from our ability to enjoy our stay.Furthermore, the service in the lounge was exceptionally poor. Despite our attempts to seek assistance from the servers, we were met with complacency and had to practically beg for attention. This lack of attentiveness was both frustrating and disheartening, especially considering the reputation of your establishment. In addition to the service issues, the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired. The top spreads on our bed were wrinkled, the beds were not turned down as they usually are, and to our dismay, we discovered black hairs on my mother's pillow. This lack of attention to detail is simply unacceptable for a hotel of your caliber. Moreover, amenities that were typically provided without fail, such as a refilled ice bucket and a well-lit entryway, were noticeably absent during our stay. The burnt-out light over our door not only left the entry dim and dreary but also posed a safety concern. As someone who has been a loyal guest of The Biltmore for many years, it pains me to say that I will not be returning. The decline in customer service and overall quality has led me to believe that the hotel has lost touch with its commitment to excellence.I urge you to take my feedback seriously and address the issues I have raised. It is my hope that you will take proactive steps to improve your standards of service and cleanliness to ensure that future guests do not have to endure similar experiences.Rooms: Dirty

Went to the Inn for a weekend. We absolutely loved our stay. The staff went above and beyond. We got room service the first night, and the service was great, and the food was amazing. When housekeeping and turn down services came, they noticed little details of what we had (charging cord hanging down wrapped it up in a ribbon and had a tablet and gave us a screen cleaner). We are giving 4 stars for the room because the beds were a little firm and the same with the pillows. Just want to say thank you to all the staff for the wonderful experience. Made some core memories this trip. Will be back again!

I cannot get their accounting department to call me back. 3 messages and no call in 2 weeks! Had to check out early for weather and they chose to make zero adjustments to our bill with 48 hour notice. Ridiculous.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary by having dinner at The Inn at Biltmore. The service, food and ambiance were off the chart. Scott was our server and he was amazing. We were very impressed. It was a memorable evening. Thank you.Food & drinks: Outstanding

Great place to spend a day, evening. Took large group next to winery. Just down from the estate. The area is a little.lean on food options for dinner.Rooms: The rooms were very niceNearby activities: The winery and the entire estate are why you are there in the first placeWalkability: The village near the winery is right there. The estate you need to drive to.

This place should be called the “guiltmore” because you should feel guilty wasting so much to stay here. The room descriptions are vague on purpose because they don’t want you to know what you’re wasting a $1,000 a night on. They mention a jacuzzi tub in the description (it’s big enough for my 14 year old daughter). The room that’s a thousand a night doesn’t even have a fridge, and other then the lame ambiance it’s on par with the Holiday Inn. It’s maybe a 400 sqft room. I’ve stayed at a lot of nice places and this place by far is the more egregious money grab I’ve ever experienced. Even going for tea is $160 lol. If you don’t care about a mansion they charge you an additional $50 bucks to see go to the Omni if you’re looking for decent amenities and accommodations. At least at the Omni a thousand a night will buy you a big room with a balcony. The vibe at the Omni is family friendly and cheery. The Biltmore feels like a sad retirement home.

Too many negatives to mention. Disappointed! This place used to be nice...what happened? Mediocre room, very loud and angry housekeeping staff fighting in hallway which was odd. "Service" should not even be something you can rate here because it's nonexistent. Most of the staff appeared to be walking around lost not sure what's expected of them. This is a total bait and switch , 4 star hotel? Really! At best a 3 star. So not worth 1k a night. It was all quite exhausting and not relaxing at all...NEVER AGAIN! This type of experience spreads like wildfire so get your act together!

If you want to stay in a dated, gross room for a lot of money this is the place for you. If not, stay away. Staff are scummy too.

Another great visit to the Biltmore. First time with Christmas decorations. The tour was slightly different than past visits so we saw some different rooms. Also, enjoyed an unexpected, and wonderful, presentation by the Crown College choir. Excellent singers and a group of sociable, polite and mature young adults!
