Floral delivery of yellow/blue heart arrived a day late after my sons funeral and wilted. Marc, the owner and delivery driver, got stuck in my driveway and tore up the gravel. All the items ordered for $300 did not arrive either. Refused to correct things when my sons friends who placed the order from out of state called to discuss a price adjustment. Definitely do NOT recommend this florist. Do better for families suffering tragedy.

We've ordered from here several times, and the arrangements are always beautiful. Today, I got a call from the delivery driver, as it turns out I had listed the wrong building number! Big, big thank yous to Hailey for going above and beyond to make sure our dear one got the arrangement in time for Mother's Day. We'll definitely be ordering from Extended Garden again!
***Update! I spoke with the arrangement recipient yesterday and she says the flowers are STILL looking lovely, nearly three weeks later!

Called to have some flowers delivered to my wife at work. The arrangement showed up when promised and looked spectacular. I have used The Extended Florist several times while living in Asheville and have always been impressed. Thank you for the outstanding service.

I give 2 stars because they were polite when I called. Other than that, this was a poor experience. I ordered a large specific plant for delivery on a specific date to coincide with the receivers arrival in Ashville. A totally different plant was delivered - 2 days early and before the receivers arrival in town, and left at the door unattended. We are fortunate it was still there and undamaged when he arrived.If a different plant was to be delivered, an email or some communication before delivery would have been nice.

Ordered flowers for my sister in law, who had traveled from Georgia to visit friends in Asheville for the weekend. My order was taken over the phone, and all of the information was conveyed so well that my dear sister in law received the most beautiful arrangement to enjoy during her few days in North Carolina. She was so happy and felt so loved. Thank you to this lovely LOCAL business for really delivering. I will be calling again and highly recommend them to others.

I called on a Saturday morning after another florist took my order on Tuesday and then called to say they couldn't deliver. The lady was very nice, took my order and delivered it on the same day. The plant was huge and much more than I expected. Very happy. I highly recommend this business.

When my husband and I decided in April to get married in May, we didn't have too much time to whittle out the details. Terri at the Extended Garden took my hastily collected pinterest photos and created exactly what I had in mind. When my dress arrived 10 days before the wedding and was a buttery champagne rather than off white, Terri didn't bat an eye but quickly re-imagined the color scheme to better match the dress. She was patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly CALM when I was not!! I will never go anywhere else for my floral needs. I LOVE this place!

I called from out of town to order a birthday arrangement for my friend living in Asheville. The flowers that she received were the ugliest bouquet she had ever seen. I was so embarrassed and I could have done much better sending her husband to get flowers for her at the grocery store. I completely wasted $100 and highly advise others to not make my mistake - look elsewhere!
