We really like coming here but recently have felt the food quality for the price has gone down significantly. Last night was kinda the nail in the coffin though after I ordered a flat bread, it came in cold (to where cheese wasn’t melted all the way) so my husband asked if we could have have another one, no big deal. They kindly gave us a new one but it came in burnt along the entire exterior of the pizza ? I ate around it because I mean…. at least it wasn’t cold anymore. We were able to laugh about it but we’ll be getting dinner before hand now lol
Other than that it’s a really good theater with good staff, good atmosphere etc

Sound and visuals are always great. Concessions are fair for Cinema Standards. Only issue is seating for a large person is hard. The tray tables sometimes make it a tight squeeze and hard to get out of.

I go here about once a week. Love the service counter kids. They're always friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. Good food too!!!

Nice theater with comfortable seats and clean bathrooms. The staff was friendly and attentive at the concession stand.
The concession prices are still ridiculously expensive though.

So the snacks are a bit pricey. But the popcorn is great! Love the extra butter! Seating is comfortable. Good looking dinner options. (We had already eaten. So I cannot attest to the taste). Our rinky dink theater back home pales in comparison. I hate that this place is an hour away from us. We would definitely come here more often, otherwise.

I love this theater! Don’t even live in Arden anymore, I drive all the way from Canton to see movies here and have been for 4 years. Reclining chairs are awesome, and they have cup holders and trays for food. If you download the app and purchase tickets through there, you get rewards that you can cash in on discounts on concessions or even free tickets. A lot of theaters, therefore they play several movies at one time. I enjoy that they do throw-back movies and anniversary showings as well. Big parking lot and although Hendersonville Rd can be a nightmare with traffic certain times of the day, I enjoy being so close to restaurants so I can get lunch/dinner and then hop right over to the movie theater. Staff are always friendly, bathrooms are clean and have plenty of stalls. 5/5.

Great little dive theater. Comfortable recliners. Good food. Good prices. Friendly people. Great projection and sound. Can’t go wrong. Well, unless the movie sucks.

This is a great place to watch a movie. The ticket buying was simple and the popcorn/ drink was good. The chairs are very comfortable and the tray on the chair is great

A remodeled older Cinemark. It has nice recliner seats (not worn out at all like some other Cinemark locations) with swing out table/bar like other locations. However this is not a stadium seating venue so with a fully reclined seat, your head may not be comfortable.
The popcorn was fresh and the soda fountain has free refills and has the now-ubiquitous Coke Freestyle machine.
The napkins are like cheap tissue paper so grab several dozen for your popcorn hands.
We didn't try the food menu but it looked reasonable.
