I recently dropped off some writing done by a friend. I wanted someone to create a visual display of the composition as a gift to her. It was great to meet Manny and spend some time explaining what I wanted. As far as the “creative†part...I told him to let his imagination and talent run wild. No limits. Earlier this week he called me to tell me that he had completed the work. Suffice it to say it was a success beyond anything I imagined! Manny is extraordinarily talented and I HIGHLY recommend his business if you ever need anything similar. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

If you want to see true art calligraphy, this is a great place to start. Learn about calligraphers from all over the world and locals too. (Other art too, and classes too.) Highly recommend.

Manny and Patrice have an exceptional gallery in Asheville. Calligraphy and mixed media arts are the stars, including calligraphy from some of the finest calligraphers in the world. My friends from Portland and I visited today and were delighted to find this jewel.

The most wonderful people run this place and they are truly devoted their work. If there's something you want to do at the Art Bar and you don't see it offered, you should contact them and schedule it! Craft activities, photo shoots, art shows, wedding and convention photography, just ask!

Very cool place. I had such a fun time creating a beautiful keychain. The owners are kind & passionate. The calligraphy class sounds interesting. Definitely a place to check out. Cool art flown in from Italy.

A hidden gem of Asheville. When you're tired of the normal tourist spots or if you're a local looking for a underground spot to get creative juices flowing this is the place. No need to make a commitment of a large purchase at the art supply store. Great place for a fun group project. Love the unique trinkets, complimentary wine/beer and fun, energetic atmosphere. The gallery upstairs is really intriguing with unique displays that actually pique my interest which is much more than what I can say for the other drab overpriced galleries in town. It's totally the true spirit of Asheville. Funky, Artsy, participatory and welcoming!

Great space with very unique art! I love it! The top floor is the gallery and custom framing shop, while the lower floor is a super fun art/craft class space. She has many interesting and fun ideas for making something--from challenging to kid friendly everyone can take a cool thing home.

We came for a mixed media class and were warmly welcomed! The instructor walked us through our projects at a pace that was perfect for experienced artists and beginners alike! The gallery is amazing, and the art is super affordable and they feature so many talented artists!

So this place is kind of the bomb. I came here for a craft night one night for a friends birthday and was absolutely blown away by all of the different arts and craft materials! And as I walked through the gallery, there was so much incredible artwork to take in as well! The owner was super friendly and we had so much fun! I'm looking forward to coming here again in the near future :)
