Nick and Blake provided me with excellent service. I did not get the email for a service review unfortunately, probably sent to a different folder I didn’t see.Nick and Blake looked through my previous oil changes as we have a fleet account with Take 5 Oil Change for our work vehicles and they wanted to make sure I had everything I needed.They were polite, prompt and professional! Always a great experience and those guys rock! Thank you!

This place is falling off. Sat there for over 30 minutes while the workers worked on the truck next to me. When they finally finished, they couldn't do my oil change because they said my oil filter was not in stock. Pretty common 2018 VW Tiguan. It would have been nice if they checked to make sure they, a company that does oil changes, had an oil filter when I pulled in and told them I was there for an oil change. I'm going to start going to Valvoline (they had my filter) even though it's busier and a little further away.

Robert, Mason & Tori took care of my oil change today. They all did an awesome job! Everything was explained to me. The service was quick and they were all very friendly.

They got me in and out really quick this time. They did try to upsell me a bunch of stuff "on sale, today only" that being said everyone was respectful friendly and nice. I've had some kinda negative experiences here in the past but this crew seemed good and I'll be going back. Thanks guys
