They made my automotive repair experience worthwhile, while I normally dread taking my vehicle to a mechanic they were polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the issues. On top of letting me know the cost of repairs including tax so I know my total cost They were very good with letting me know when I could pick it up. Definitely coming back to them when it's time for a tune up

I recently moved to AVL from CA with my Prius.. I needed a tune up (high milage) and to get my car ready for it's first ever winter. After tons of research and review reading I came here. I couldn't have picked a better place. From Andrea taking my call to Scott working on my car, everyone was just great. They did what needed to be done and never tried to up sell me anything. Super friendly people and great service. So happy I found my new car place!

I had to wait over a week for an appointment, which I actually appreciate because when I got in, they were very efficient in diagnosing the problem(s), ordering needed parts, and getting the work done. Had to get some suspension repair work done as well as an power steering pump hose replace. The work was completed earlier than anticipated which is not usually the case with other shops around town. It's been 3 months after I got service and had to leave a review.
