Swan’s Tire turned a very stressful day into an easy, affordable fix! My tire was completely flat and they were happy to check their inventory to make sure they had the right size when I called - something I’ve gotten attitude over or refusal to do in the past, if I could even get someone on the phone. The man up front was very polite and told me wait time and cost up front! I enjoyed fresh coffee while I waited and will definitely be coming back here for future tire needs :) it was affordable and quick! As a woman, I often have anxiety around how I will be treated/charged when it comes to vehicle maintenance and repair, so I really appreciate my experience here.

I moved to Asheville 9/22 from Dallas & needed help with a tire shortly after I arrived. I landed on THE best shop & have returned many times! I fully trust these guys to work on my car - they do more than tires. Their prices are fair, they're trustworthy, honest and they deliver! So thankful I discovered Swan's, I'm a happy customer :)

These guys do great work, offer very fair pricing on tires, and are comfortable working on EVs and take the appropriate precautions. Highly recommended. They even went the extra mile to source the specific EV tire I wanted (new to the market / hard to find).

Great experience here! The owner was very nice, good atmosphere. Very professional, good pricing. I came in with an issue on my truck and they replaced and rotated my tires and saved me from a potential accident. I will becoming here for my future tire needs. Was recommended by a friend of mine, and he also had nothing but good things to say about Swan Tires. It’s definitely nice to know that there are still good auto shops here in this area. Highly recommend.

Excellent shop! Took care of me as a walk-in despite being close to their closing time. Not only did they balance my tires, but went the extra mile also and straightened my bent wheel. Been to many tire shops over the years and living with a high speed vibration, and no other shop offered to straighten the wheel! Highly recommended!

While in Asheville my wife and I had to have a tire fixed after running over a screw in the road. The were able to fix the tire and get us back on theroad in about 30 minutes. Much cheaper than replacing the tire. We had a nice, quick experience and went on with our day. Thanks Swan's!!!

Great professional mechanics work here. From customer service to the actual job , everything is done on the highest level possible. They went extra when fixing a dangerous issue that bother our car more than half year. I hope our cars don't brake, but if so I know for sure where I can definitely find professional help.
