The rate increases frequently. My rate has gone from $85/month in 2021 to $205/month in 2024. With not a single upgrade or improvement, and the parking frequently clogged with patrons from other businesses.
**update** I've been locked out, my gate code no longer works, and the automated system cannot locate me using all the information on my account page. So I felt I needed to add a "thanks" for still continuingly raising rates all the while replacing the people that use to be on site with useless AI on tablets in the lobby. I mean customers are only paying 3x the original price, how could we expect you to provide customer service also. This is greedy and it truly appears this business is taking advantage of the economic situation simply because they can. No amount of inflation or overhead can explain this away. Show me the spreadsheets buddy!
I'm not going to hold a grudge though, I'm just going to wait until 9:30am, when your call center opens, get the code and get my stuff out immediately. But I believe in karma, and whomever owns this business is destin to spend eternity in line at the DMV with no working bathroom, seated between a geriatric drunk and a teenager arguing with their parent.

I was able to rent my storage unit online. Danielle was extremely helpful in making sure I had the forms to sign electronically. She was easy to reach and communicate with! Very pleased with my experience.

I went with Go Store It for fair pricing, transparency, and convenience. After three full months of patronage, I was sent an e-mail notice that stated my monthly rent would increase by 108%. Yes, you read that correctly— my rent is going up from $106 to $220 after THREE months of use come August. I rent a 10x7 unit (small).
Honestly, I feel scammed and disappointed.

I just can say enough about how wonderful Logan has been over the last couple years. The wonderful customer service he provides from the time I walked in over 2 years ago in a emergency needed a unit right away he was right on the top notch of helping me right away.He’s always super nice and helpful when I get him on the phone.

I have never rented a storage unit before and I’m over 60…but it was a good experience all the way around. Once I got used to the virtual interactions- no on-site real people.. but it worked well and I’m happy with the result. Good job, off-site staff. You are very friendly and accomidating.
