In the Spring I had a really bad experience here, but after reading my critical review, the regional manager urged me to give Sport Clips one more try. I'm glad I did. Christie gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years. And the MVP stuff, which I thought was a silly extravagance…OMG!! I’m a fan for life. I’m so glad I didn't bail on you guys. Just please, one favor: don’t let Christie quit and go someplace else.

We took our 5 y/o boy and 3 y/o girl for haircuts this morning and had a wonderful experience! The haircuts look great and both stylists (Linda and Jessica) were welcoming, patient and sweet with the kids. We’ll be back!

My boyfriend has been going to this place for some time. He went in with at least 10 inches of hair and asked for the hair to be cut to a length he can just comb over. SOMEHOW, despite having so much hair to work with, the woman that did his hair still managed to make it too short. He's incredibly unhappy with his cut, thank goodness hats are a thing.
If you decide to get a cut there, stick to the lady with the long blonde hair because she's the only one I haven't watched ruin someone's hair.

Mirror mirror on the wall who's the fairest haircut of them all... ??♂️.That's right. You guessed it. Sports clips of Biltmore...Has given me the looks that I hoped and wished for... ? ?.To be or not to be is not really the question, but rather who shall the next best stylist be for you? Next time I'll check in online when I wake up so I can cut the line when I show up for lunch. I don't know what happened to first come first serve, but an hour+ wait for checking-in in person and having a dozen people able to jump the line from checking-in online is a bit more than ridiculous.

Took my grandson there for haircut. He was very pleased with everything. The staff was really great and friendly, very helpful due to the fact we were walk-in. Will come back. Thanks ?

My husband always goes here, and has had Christie, Rosalee and a few others cut his hair. Today, he took a gamble and went to a barber shop closer to our house. The “barber” royally messed up his hair. He was so upset. We made the choice to go to Sports Clips and ask them to fix it. WOW! They made him look so GOOD. We were both amazed. Christie fixed him all up and made him feel so much better. Moral of the story, just go to this Sports Clips. It is worth it.

Scheduling online doesn't help unless you request a specific person. These appointments take priority over first available appointments even if your appointment is on time and they are scheduled 45 minutes later than you.

The lady with the short hair called me back; I asked for a faded Mohawk and she immediately told me “I’ve never done a mohawk. In the 22 years I’ve been cutting I’ve never done one…” I then said that Tracy gave me one just over a week ago at which point she told me “you can come back when she’s here, but she’s called out the last 2 days and I don’t know how reliable she’ll be”. Talk about bad customer service and throwing your coworkers under the bus! I’m definitely never going back there again!Service: Haircut
