Me and my boyfriend went here for our 2 year anniversary! This was my first time ever getting a massage and I’m so grateful I had Kim and Daniel! They were the absolute best and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Kim was so kind, considerate, and present throughout the entire experience. She made sure the pressure was right for me and made sure I was satisfied with my experience I am so grateful to have been able to go here! I highly recommend if I could give 7 stars I would!

Recently visited for a weekend and was referred by a trusted friend to the spa. We did a 90-minute couple’s massage with Nicole & Meredith. Both were outstanding. I told Meredith it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Needed a lot of work - several troubled areas. Deep tissue & hot stones. Would highly recommend!

Don't waste your money on an add-on!! I scheduled a 60 minute therapeutic massage with a body detox add-on. When I went to pick a time, it said an hour and 15 minutes, so one would expect the add on to be an extra 15 minutes. Nope. My massage and dry brushing experience ended at an hour. When I asked the front desk about it, she said it's only for an hour. What the heck was the point of me spending an extra $30?!?! Had I known that, I never would have done the add-on since it cut into my massage time. Makes absolutely no sense. Ruined what was a good massage so that's why I couldn't give it more than 2 stars. Treated myself to some much needed relaxation but now I'm just mad.

I've been to this place several times before but this time, this time they are now telling me they expect a 20% gratuity both at the time of booking and at the time of point of sale. That is not the point of tipping. I almost always tip at least 20%. But to take away the option of it and make it a requirement? I'm not going back.

My girlfriend took me here for my birthday and I'm not impressed at all. I get over a hundred massages per year and I'd rate this as the worst.
What really pissed me off is we had someone that didn't show up and we were charged full price and when we asked for two massages for one person we were told no. Why not we paid for it and what was the other masseuse doing with the time we paid for? We paid over 400$.
I do appreciate my girlfriend getting me this as a gift but quite frankly I wish she had saved her money. This place is a ripp off.

I love this place, it’s a bit of a hidden gem downtown with wonderful staff and such a nice facility. Meredith gives incredible massages and I would highly recommend her :)

Chancy and Presley were awesome for our couples massage. They communicated with us very well and spoiled us. This was our first time staying in Asheville and it was a great way to relax before the holidays. They have a lot of special touches like nice essential oils, drinks and snacks. Thank you!

I’ve struggled with adult acne/scarring on my face for the past few years. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on different treatments/procedures/products. Laila has done 2 of my facials & offered some really great advice to help my skin. I see a HUGE difference after just over a month!! I’ve had several massages as well & always leave feeling relaxed!
