Clerk was incredibly rude and insulting to my wife. I’d return the purchases except they were for our girls and they got upset at the suggestion. The clerk working on 8/8/2024 needs customer service training.

The place looked pretty charming, but the shopkeeper constantly tried to rush us out of the shop while we were looking and trying to figure out what our family would like as souvenirs. I don’t appreciate being rushed trying to look for gifts.

WHO EVEN OWNS THIS STORE?! Can't tell if what happened is real life. The woman behind the counter asked if I needed any help, to which I replied no thank you. I was met with a "WELL F*** YOU THEN" under her breath. I acknowledged what was said and she tried to play it off. What kind of store is this???? I was in such shock I had to laugh and walk out of the store. But not before she made another comment that it was "going to be a long f***ing day". Great employees, southern expression

Pretty large variety of souvineer stuff. I ended up getting a sticker for my water bottle. It was borderline uncomfortably warm in there so I wouldn't have stayed too long-no AC and the door was propped open.

Tammy the owner is fantastic!! Been shopping here for years. Went there a couple weeks ago and she was out of the size sweatshirt I normally get from her when in town. She ordered the sweatshirts and shipped to me in Ohio. Thats great customer service. Don't miss out on this Gem when shopping for Asheville merchandise. Great prices as well.

Such a nice little boutique! If you are looking for a souvenir, this is the perfect place to go!!! They have amazing t shirts and outfits, and the snow globes are so cool! The owner is so nice, and she is always telling you the news! If I ever come back to Asheville, I will definitely stop by southern expression again!!!

Love it! This place was cozy and had so many fun items to check out. The lady at the store was friendly, funny and helped me find some a great place to eat in the area! I'm very happy with the scarf and soaps I purchased. This will definitely be a regular stop for me every time I'm in Asheville.
