I love this pharmacy! Always have friendly staff and willing to help. Always has my prescriptions ready when I go to pick up and if not they usually have it in the next day or two. Thanks Sona!

I've had several problems with them. I'm in elderly care. They've gotten several orders wrong. You can't trust the weekly boxes of predisposed meds. They've gotten one of my lady's wrong several times and it created a dangerous situation. If the elderly are trusting this for safe med dispensing, that's not ok. Also they delivered wrong products to 1 of my home bound clients. She had no choice but to drink 1 to make it to the next day when they could bring her correct order. It was what she had depended on as her only fluid. I tried to pick it up the day before but they didn't have the correct 1 do we specifically ordered and waited for the delivery. I called the following day after we finally got the correct 1 along with 2 of her meds delivered twice and charged for twice and they wanted to argue about giving her credit bc 1 was out of the case. That was their mistake, she did what she had to do until they fixed their mistake and then dont want to fixthe problem without a fight?!? Not ok. Especially when all these problems pertain to elderly clients who trust and depend on them

Sona Pharmacy is by far the best Pharmacy I've ever used!I was using a big Chain Pharmacy and could hardly get some of my medications on time! I switched to Sona and all my medications are ready when I need them!

I truly hate to leave a bad review...but, I am at my wits end. It should be a simple concept...I pay my bill at the end of the month. Invariably....more and more recently, someone charges my account ....when it states DON'T CHARGE THIS ACCOUNT UNLESS TOLD TO BY ME!! What will it take...I don't know. I would really like not to fight this fight anymore.

All are wonderful here. Only exception, 1 of their pharmacist or register/drive-thru employees (not exactly sure). Every encounter I have with her is dreary, negative, and rude. The exact opposite of how the rest of their staff act and operate.

My employer has Sona Pharmacy benefits. I had never heard of the company until September 2023. Well I have to say they are the nicest company to work with for my medications. I get text reminders for my refills on Specialty Medicine and they respond quickly and send my meds out within days. I had a prior authorization that needed to be handled. Lisa stepped in and followed the whole process she kept me informed and got my medication approved and mailed in a week. Now I’ve transferred all my medications to their mail order pharmacy. I love love love Sona Pharmacy! Thanks for excellent customer service and caring for your patients! Definitely an 20 out of 10!!!

I recently started getting my prescriptions from here again because they’re the only pharmacy in the area that had my medication, and they’re just as messy as they were when I stopped using them last year. Every other month, they assure me when I call that my meds are out for delivery with a driver, but they never arrive. I had to stop using them last year after they falsely reported that they had filled a medication that they didn’t, which led to my doctor, my insurance, and Sona all having to work to figure out what happened. (Which was Sona reporting that they had filled the prescription when they never did)When the delivery service works, it’s very helpful, but when it doesn’t it’s a massive headache.

I was referred to Sona Pharmacy from our company to assist with filling a few prescriptions. I was nervous at first since I usually go to a national branded pharmacy. I shouldn't have been nervous at all. Sona's customer service and delivery options are amazing. I love the way I can text them or call, and someone is always happy to help me. I highly recommend using Sona to anyone in the Asheville area!

Over the course of this young year, I have needed assistance with two medications. On both instances I was treated as well as a person could ever expect. I spoke with Lisa this afternoon regarding a medication and, within three minutes, she had it all straightened out for me. I also want to say thank you for having phone centers supported by individuals where English is their native language. When dealing with pharmaceuticals, I never want to have an unanswered or misunderstood question. Thank you SONA!

I am so grateful for Sona Pharmacy. When there was a medication shortage recently and the larger chain pharmacies were unable to fill my son's prescription, the pharmacists and staff at Sona came through for us. There is always a smile, a warm cup of coffee should I need it, and almost all of the vitamins and supplements that we take as a family. If you've been thinking of switching pharmacies, definitely switch to Sona! You will honestly wonder why you hadn't done it before.

Do you want a CBD store? A pharmacy who will refuse to run your insurance through the drivethrough? Who will try to drag you into their personal office drama? Look no further!!This place used to be great, but attempting to fill my roommate and my own scripts has been hell.Ive had drivethrough employees refuse to run insurance and get upset when I said I couldnt afford my script without it. Whe I try to report, the person on the phone tries to get me to report someone completely different because they have a personal vendetta.Meanwhile when I go in, we get pushed to try their ~cbd products instead~.We initially transferred to them for their pill packs. Nobody called us. We tried continuously for 6 MONTHS.finally they said they werent taking new patients and then got verbally angry and aggressive when I told them we were transferring.Anyway. Use at own risk ig. Be prepared for verbal abuse if youre using medicaid.
