Della was awesome! Very knowledgeable and personable. If she hadn't mentioned being new, I would have never known. She explained the process like a pro and explained how they ensure safety and security of all units and check the premises daily. I feel extremely happy that I chose this location for storage. 10/10

I was not in a hurry to find storage last fall so was able to visit multiple storage facilities in the Asheville area. This Smartstop on Swannanoa River road was a clear winner for us. Clean, well lite, easy access, with friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff.Chandra took the time to show us several units and helped us select just the right size. She showed genuine interest in our being pleased with the unit we chose and treated us like family. An added surprise came from our moving company when we told them the location of our storage unit....they said 'great', it was their favorite because of the wide open, easy access for unloading.We have been there four months now and could not be more pleased. I get things in and out more than I anticipated and it is quite easy and safe. Highly recommend.
