3 more months to go. Occasionally, I think the breathylizer is defective as it gave me a violation before I even had a chance to blow into it. Was told to submit a complaint and issue would be resolved in 5 days.... It's been 10 days w/o any word from the company.I gave it 4 stars only because Robert is an excellent employee.

thus far ive been a client 3 months . the guy doing the install will give yoiu some good tips so listen. so far no violations. only hiccup was taking my to hickory for calibration. nobodys fault hue to their local officeflooding really but it did make for a stressful few days ax my svc lockout was now on i just begrudgingly made the trip. im seeing where there is an office now ar 12 glenn willow dr unit 52 arden nc 28704.. good tech and customer service is always what it what it is . slow but efficient. im happy they have yet not to solve any of my issues

Unless you want to go to Hendersonville or Arden, this place has a monopoly on your interlock device options. And they act like it. It's a "they don't need you, you need them" kind of business and that's how they treat you as a customer. They get the job done I guess and seemingly do so without damaging your vehicle. It'd be nice if they had some competition to compare them to, or at least had access to a waiting room/bathroom that was open to the customers keeping them in business instead of having to wait out in your car and hold it with risk of losing your place in line if you go to the gas station around the corner. The device is also super loud when in use and there is no way to turn the volume down on your own.

Quick and painless install, completed in less than 1.5hrs. The gentleman (don’t remember his name) that helped me was kind and professional. I’m sure he deals with a lot of problematic customers who take out their frustrations on him, but he was patient with me and made sure to take the time to explain everything necessary to me and make sure I left knowing what to expect and feeling comfortable.

Let's face it: you're not in the best place in your life if you have to come here. The folks who work here have to deal with a lot of frustrated, unhappy people, but I've always been treated with the utmost respect and helpful attitude.I read some seriously troubling reviews before I first came here (presumably from people who didn't play by the rules--rules that are set by the state, mind you), but my experience has been professional and issue-free. It's hard to "recommend" given the context, but I'm grateful the people at this establishment are reasonable and fair.

Guys at this facility are sooooooo amazing. I’ve been to others where they are rude and have no desire to help you. Not these guys! They are kind and respectful. And quick!!!!!!

They suck they wouldn't even get one of their techs to come to their own place of business to fix there device that burnt up in my truck had me stranded 54 miles from my home and they tell me I have to have my truck towed home and then towed back which would it cost $200 each way. I told the lady she's f****** crazy
