I had no idea where to begin with the constant issues I have with my local branch of the Smart start company. I don't know where to begin so I am not even going to start.

3 more months to go. Occasionally, I think the breathylizer is defective as it gave me a violation before I even had a chance to blow into it. Was told to submit a complaint and issue would be resolved in 5 days.... It's been 10 days w/o any word from the company.I gave it 4 stars only because Robert is an excellent employee.
