This guide and reviewer doesn't give a lot of these 5? reviews but when you know you had one, you remember it's impact when dealing with accepting an appropriate Medicare Plan with every benefit you can receive. Agent Rachel Moment started with an upbeat greeting that made me feel that she was genuinely interested in bettering my Medical Welfare. She carefully explored my options and took her time explaining every detail that went along with each extra benefit. Lastly she suggested that I apply for Medicaid as well. If I qualified for that assistance it would open up many new helpful benefits that would improve my lifestyle and physical Well Being. I thank her for her excellent Verbal and Customer Skills, her vast knowledge of the gigantic Medicare Ins. Industry, but MOST of all her impeccable professionalism and kind manner in which she delicately carved a path to being the " #1 TOP POSITIVE EXPERIENCE " when facing the confusing and frustrating navigation of our Senior Care Industry!!! Recently had business with a Billy Smart, of this company. Billy purchased an item from me that cost around $8000. The item was signed for and received by Mr. Smart, at which time he immediately chose to file a chargeback with his credit card company so that he could keep the item, and the money. This is fraud, and we have no intention of letting this go. Rick Smart, owner of this company, do you also go by Billy, or know who this person is? We need this issue resolved, the item was delivered to your business address. Is this how you do business?

My husband and I have been with Smart Insurance Agency for many years. Our agent is Susan Hartwell and she is the very best agent you could ever have. She always takes the time to make sure we our getting the most out of our policies. The personal attention is absolutely wonderful. You are never dealt with as if you are only your policy number, she is a person who can be reacted and talked with. I love the agency and our Susan. !00 stars.

I've had my insurance with Rick Smart at Smart Insurance Agency for close to 20 years. Rick has always gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I currently have coverage for my automobiles, homeowners and other insurance needs through Smart Insurance Agency. I now consider Rick to be not only my insurance agent, but also a very close friend.

I have been a customer for 10 years with the Owner, Rick Smart. This location is easy to get in and out of. Every time I walk into the door the ladies there are always happy and willing to help me in any way. The staff there is great; they get to know you and your family personally.When I got into a car accident out of state (with the other driver at fault), Smart Insurance went above and beyond! They were fast at sending my documents to me and to the at fault company. Smart Insurance walked me through every step and made sure that I got what I deserved out of the accident. The at fault company tried to tell me they wouldn’t allow certain things, like having my car towed back into state (at their expense) and letting me decide where to have my car fixed (which at fault company told me I only had 2 choices) Smart Insurance recommended me to the best local body shop and gave me advice that I wouldn’t have known to ask for.They have had our home and auto for 10 years, and I would (and do) recommend Smart Insurance to everyone I know.
