SkyRunner does a great job of Internet installation, operation and maintenance. They are very responsive on those rare occasions when service might go down for a brief time, and are always swift to fix issues. Excellent, fast Internet fiberoptic. The best.

Having dealt with hundreds of companies over the years and as former business owners, we recognize rare if almost nonexistent perfection. Max, Zach and Cassie give a new meaning to “above and beyond”! The staff and service far exceed our expectations every time, every call, every day, and should serve as a role model to every other business entity. Skyrunner is one of the few companies with whom it is actually a pleasure to do business. They always exceed our expectations, from every level of the company. Telephone support is beyond fantastic (and immediately accessible!). Field technical support (Zach, Max and Cassie) - well, is just beyond words! Response time is fast, and they work tirelessly and professionally to get the job done, no matter how long it takes or how complicated the task. We perhaps have one of the most complex installations in existence, due to our challenging geographic location. Awful connections and awful service for Lake Lure area. If you're using you're phone here and there it's fine but DO NOT rely on it for a home office. 8th outage in 2 months.

The wifi is decent. It’s efficient and fast, but only when I’m home alone. I live in a family of 5 and everytime that my family is home, the wifi is as slow as ever! And I can’t even finish my work, watch something on my phone, or watch a movie without it buffering. All of my things hooked up to wifi takes forever to load anything. We even decided to upgrade our wifi plan and pay a considerably big amount of money for better wifi, but even that didn’t change anything. It’s still just as slow as before. The wifi is to be honest, fast and quick, just as long as you aren’t living in a big house hold, because if so, say goodbye to your fast and quick wifi….

It's nice to call a company, especially a cable or phone company, and actually talk to a human being. Initially I was writing a review to compliment my installer Seth, who was fabulous, but I want to commend everyone else I've dealt with. All the employees, who I've had contact with, were extra nice and helpful. Highly recommend this company!!

I said it back in 2013, and will say it again: Skyrunner's the champ! It's too long a story to include here, but suffice it to say that the tech who handled our outage went "out on a limb" (literally) to fix our "radio" which was hit by lightning, then quickly repaired/replaced indoor equipment.

I Love SkyRunner! Not just because it is fast, and it is. Not just because it is reliable, and it is. BUT, mostly because of the Awesome Staff! They are ALL very friendly and very helpful. They almost always answer the phone on the first call and if they happen to be with another customer, they call back immediately. No phone tag for days. Always same day service and usually within an hour or less. Then they explain things very well and easy to understand. Brett proved that again today with very fast, very helpful information and service. THANKS!

First off let me say that everyone we came in contact with were extremely nice, most especially the support desk. Sadly, we were not able to get the service we were hoping for and the individual who came out to the home was unprepared in both tools and experience. The real problem we had was upon the first visit we were told that a standard receiver would work. With that amount of confidence we were charged a site visit with the installation of wiring. But here was the problem: upon the second visit it was determined that we would need a Long-Distance Outdoor HD TV Antenna, that resembled what could have been on the Lost In Space television series. So bottom line: great people, but they sold us a solution, partly installed product, then switched the end product at the 11th hour. First visit signal testing should have been done. Sorry guys.

I would give 100 stars if I could. I had internet with a different provider and couldn’t even watch a show on Netflix at 2am on a weeknight because the speed wouldn’t load anything. I was without internet for like a year because I didn’t think any other company provided internet where I live. And then I found Skyrunner. Not only is their internet speed phenomenal, but in my several experiences, their customer support responds within hours. Even if you send them a message at like 7pm! I love the fact that I can change my plan in the snap of a finger and also go back to a different plan if I find that I don’t need that much data. I did that a few times to try out their different packages. I can’t say enough good things about Skyrunner nor can I give enough praise to the employees. What an awesome company and honestly, I feel grateful to be a customer!

Max visited our house to fix our service problem today. He was very polite and prompt. His service was excellent and he found the difficulty quickly !! You cannot ask for a better employee. Please see that he is rewarded !! Thanks very much !
