I keep getting requests for a review and gladly give a review of my experience with Feilds….. for one I’m being accused of a scratch that is if it exists is not my fault on a loaner vehicle that was given to me was given to me with SAP on it which is known to cause paint issues. I wiped the sap off with a damp sponge, I saw nothing, but they say there’s a scratch that I’m now being charged for I feel taken advantage of it feels fraudulent. Also they offered to meet me with a complementary service of picking up the rental vehicle for me, which was great. I paid the driver to put gas in the car because I was unable to do so so it was driven across town. Had gas put In it and a scratch magically appeared he never inspected the vehicle when he got in it either I watched. do not use their service department and definitely do not let them give you a loaner vehicle They will try to take advantage of you and they will probably succeed. They really shouldn’t have asked me to leave a review because I am angry and feel taken advantage of. I have requested a picture of the so-called scratch which has not been provided I’ll post the picture when I receive it so everyone can see and what they charge me just to be fully transparent with everybody. Fair is fair. I added a photo where you can still see the sap I didn’t get off because I didn’t want to rub too hard. The sap was on there at least 30 days as it was in there the day I got it. They say the clear coat is off on the spot they left the sap and I used a damp new sponge to try to clean it. Noted I should not have that was my mistake. The cost for repairs is $1156.20!!!! This is ridiculous!

We worked with Jerry and Brent to buy a car recently and had a great experience with both. They were informative, respectful, and welcoming and helped us to get the perfect car for our family. Following a poor experience at another dealer beforehand, it was very relieving to work with these two. Fields will be the first place we look for cars in the future.
Editing to add: When we came to finalize the deal/payment, we needed to bring our little one (one year old) and all of the staff were so sweet to him and understanding of us having to get up now and then with him to get some wiggles out around the waiting area. We are always so appreciative of family-friendly atmospheres and wanted to point this out as well! Thank you, Fields Mazda!

We had a truly wonderful experience at Fields Mazda. Our sales associate, Devin, was excellent as we're all the other associates. Every detail was taken care of flawlessly! Could not have asked for a better experience from beginning to end of the purchase!

I thought I needed a new car (my Infiniti had 242,000 miles on it). A friend had suggested Randy Perry.
I contacted him, told him my requirements and told him I'd be over to see him.
When I arrived, he had 2 CX-5s for me to look at.
With his help, and that of the dealership, I bought both of them!! One was for my daughter.
My only complaint is that neither car is in the fabulous Mazda red!!!

You all were very helpful and accommodating. I'd feel a whole lot better about my Fields Mazda service however if when rotating my tires, you had taken the time to check my tire air pressure as the low light (!) came on within a day. Since I live in Waynesville, I can't just drop by to have you fix it.

The kindness from the staff truly made a difference during a difficult situation. I was far from home and stranded due to car trouble but they really went above and beyond to help me. All of the staff I encountered were professional and knowledgeable, they did their best to have me safely on the road to home as soon as possible. Thank you all for your humanity and dedication to your work.

Arrived early during lunchtime, was taken right away. The work took a bit of time but was excellent. Will definitely return the next time service is needed.
