Sam gave me the best customer service experience I've ever had. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. The prices here are much better than where I previously went. I will definitely continue going to Fields.

Went it to look at a 2020 Wrangler 2 door and ended up buying it. Randy was an amazing sales man very straight forward didn’t beat around the bush and didn’t push me to a different vehicle. Best dealership experience I’ve had. Will be going back to get my wife a vehicle.

Fields Jeep Asheville service department is a BIG 10! Sam the intake tech was professional, pleasant and made me feel I was an important and valued customer. Received my 2018 Compass after a tire rotation and oil change exactly when Sam indicated that the service would be completed. I even received a free car wash. I also received brake check, tire evaluation and several other maintenance items. I will always use Fields service department in the future.

It was an oil change and inspection. First I did it online and got an appointment immediately. So immediately, that I had to rush to the dealership and was late but all was good. I thought things were done in a short time and the new waiting room is nice. The service person (Sam) also had to start working up a new set of orders for my Jeep and assured me all would be in order at my next oil change…and I suspect it will be!

Salesman was great, very nice young man however, I think the vehicle inspection was very lacking First of all the brakes are shot if you’re coming down the mountain, you cannot hold it in the road due to the vibration which means it’s rotors are warped. You don’t need to inspect it to tell that you just need to drive it. I have no clue when the oil was changed because there’s no sticker to tell me that or any information that indicates that so now I’ve gotta change the oil. My daughter was trying to get something down in the seat in the back And there was a razor blade pointing up in behind the Seat Fortunately, she did not get hurt. If it had gone through inspection that they let me think it had. I don’t believe these would’ve been issues. So when they say it’s been through an inspection. It really has not
So 8-22-24.
I called the General manager to see if they would resolve the issue I am having with the brakes. At this point it would have to be money because I have already bought brakes and had them installed. In any case it is on second day. He was going to check on the service record and call me back. So far.Ghosted.
I wonder if the owner cares about what he sells. Time will tell I guess

We had a great experience with Brenton as our salesman. We got exactly what we wanted for our trade-in vehicle . Dalton in finance was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Would definitely buy from them again.
