This was my first time at Skin Spa and I will definitely be a regular customer. I scheduled a dermaplaning with nu peel session and added a sheet mask. Heather was my esthetician and she was absolutely amazing!!! My skin felt and looked so much better afterward and she even gave me a shoulder massage while my sheet mask sat on my face. It was such a relaxing and wonderful experience!

Julie is AMAZING!!! Best massage I’ve EVER had. I am 44 years old and have had tons of massages (all over the world) due to chronic neck and back pain among other issues; Julie was the most intuitive and knowledgeable massage therapist I’ve ever had. First time meeting and only having shared a few bits of info as to my ailments and she knew exactly what would help, we had a great brief chat about it and I felt sooo much better. I would literally fly back to Asheville for Julie again! (Thank you so much Julie!) ❤️

Pauline was just amazing! It was one of the best facials I’ve ever had and I am so glad I discovered this spa. She’s my new person for sure. I’m new to the state and am so happy I found my aesthetician so early on. Can’t wait for my next visit already ♥️

We had a wonderful mini bachelorette gathering at Skin Spa Asheville! I had the good fortune of treatments with Lana, and she was incredible. Valet parking was ideal and the spa hostess, employees and hotel desk attendant were all very kind and professional. My friends loved it, and I left a happy, glowing bride to be. We will be back!

I had the best Deluxe Hydrafacial & Dermaplaning w/ Pauline! Her attention to all the details did not go unnoticed and was very appreciated. Pauline transitioned seamlessly between each treatment/phase of the 90-min facial - I was nearly asleep! I will absolutely be returning. I have never received such an amazing facial experience.

If I could give 6 starts I would! I saw Alyssa Mills for a facial today and she went above above and beyond for me. She was so kind and attentive, and went out of her way to create a treatment for my sensitive but acne-prone skin. Not only did my skin feel so much calmer and smoother after it was genuinely the most relaxing facial I've ever had. I practically fell asleep halfway through. She also gave me some great suggestions following my session that I look forward to incorporating into my routine.
So glad I listened to the reviews and chose this place. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Skin Spa and can't wait to come back!

Came with a bachelorette party and did the 30 min facial and 30 min body scrub - incredible! So relaxing and everything smelled so good. Diana did an amazing job and Cara was so helpful getting us booked and prepped. Thank you for a great experience!

We were in Asheville for part of our honeymoon and I had a massage with Mary. She is super sweet and personable. She also knows her craft! I enjoyed getting to know her a little during the massage and she made sure to ask what my problem or pain points were. ???❤️

Wonderfully genuine staff. The service was incredible. My mom got a custom facial and she said it was one of the best she has had. I got the foot spa package and that was great. We will definitely come back and recommend this place.

For the money, I’d go elsewhere. Staff was all super friendly and the services were good… however, there was not a bathroom close to the room, nor did my room have a robe or slippers. So between treatments I had to get fully dressed, walk down to the lobby to use the bathroom. After 2/3 treatments I needed to trek across the hotel, hallway and atrium to where the foot soak was… again, slippers were not offered so I had to put socks and shoes on. It was a sub-par experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Skin Spa Asheville! My massage with Jessica was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Lana went above and beyond during my facial. It was so relaxing and I left with my skin GLOWING. I had Alexandria for my foot soak and she was the sweetest. I would recommend this spa and if I visit Asheville again, I will definitely be back
