I live across the street and come here all the time. Just came in with my special needs client that asked for the bathroom key and the woman said “I’m about to go in there. So when I get out you can”. Really?? Absolutely ignorant. And when I voiced my concern everyone just looked around like they were incompetent. I’ll drive to the hotspot from now on since y’all could care less about people in your community.

Location is really close to me so I visit a lot. Employees are always really nice and the store actually seems to care about having enough employees cuz there's always 2 when it's real busy. They close at 11!!!!

So American Spirit is doing a promo for 1 dollar off a pack of smokes, I had 2 coupons and they said I couldn't use both of them. But yet I was able to at a different shell, I guess it's what you look like to the other person. That is discrimination.

I wish I could give this place a zero. Shane behind the counter was belittling a Hispanic customer telling him this is America & he needs to learn English & “bring a translator next time”. This is NOT OKAY. THIS IS NOT how you treat anyone. I will not be returning to this gas station ever again. Even though it’s the closest to my house I will be driving literally anywhere.

Good place but absolutely THE worst bathroom.. no urinal and always nasty.. good selection of snacks etc and pizza attached restaurant is top notch .. only bad thing is THE bathroom

Most cashiers are nice, I mean there are a few who can be rude, but that's anywhere. Manager has been rude in the past but seems to have mellowed out. Fair prices, good selections.
