I will probably never go to Sams again.Just had knee surgery and very hard to get around. Could not get an answer on the phone after MULTIPLE tries. My dog is 7 years old and has NEVER had any dig food other than Pedegree! The web sight only said not available for curb pick- up or ordering on line. Got my crippled self there, they were out? Or don't carry it anymore? Also did not gave ANY antifreeze!! Totally dead trip!!!! ANDreally had a hard time getting in and out of the store when a SIMPLE phone call would have helped!!!!!!Yes have, not gave, dog, not dig!

The lady working at the customer service desk was less than friendly when I returned a item purchased online that arrived damaged. If you are going to work in customer service you should at least TRY to be nice ! You're not going to win any customer service awards with a snippy attitude like that!

#samsclub #walmart EMPLOYEES READ THIS: so this is a warning to all employees. I had worked for Sam’s Club diligently and with superb customer service and excellent job performance since 2018. I have been employee or safety employee of the month 3 times including last month. I was just offered two promotions and given props by both the exiting market manager who said my department had “never looked better.” again, just last month and the entering market manager. I had a scheduled and approved vacation that was pre approved and covered with PTO and had plenty of extra PPTO. Due to circumstances on the trip, I was a day late coming back, I called my manager directly and called my store 23 times over 3 days which nobody answers the phone at store # 8142 Spartanburg. When I returned the following day I covered the shift with PPTO, but 1 manager with a chip on her shoulder and a heavy handed approach came in shortly before. Got off and manufactured problems which didn’t need to be and subsequently fired me without cause and without even informing me. This always seemed like a great company to me, but BE NOT FOOLED!!! They fired me without cause- did not allow for ANY open door that they promise, ethics passed the buck to open door, and almost a month later I’m still waiting to hear from them. They do not care if they destroy your life!!!! Either find another job or unionize!!! Unions are on the rise, for as much as I never believed in them, it would have kept me from being financially destroyed. The job market is great, but try explaining to a job that pays decently why after ~5 years you were fired without cause??? I was fired because she believed “I didn’t sound like I wanted my job anymore.” I’m not advocating for anybody, just trying to let you know the cold, callous company you really work for. All the other crap they feed you is just to string you along so they can use you up.

Do not accuse people of stealing because your staff did not key a 4$ item into the system correctly.Do not gather around a customer who has jus spent $700 on tires and groceries and act as if they have STOLEN yoghurt. When they have 2 items in their buggy because daughter took the rest home.I had store receipt and tire receipt.I had been in store 5 hours waiting on tires to be installed.Staff member would not let me leave.Staff mgr KEPT MY RECEIPT. THEN PRETENDED LIKE I was too close to her when I reached for my receipt.Acted like they needed to call police and security. Calling my attorney ! Staff member cut me off when I tried to tell her "I have a heart condition...." She said " other people have conditions....." I need ed to get in my car and sit down.I was about to pass out and had been feeling like that for an hour . The workers were humiliating me and surrounding me !!!! So I finally yelled at them in front of everyone .They deserved it And they are going to deserve to be sued.

We ordered tires; they have the best price but they have to order them. It took an hour for installation, as they promised but man, do they need a lesson or two in just smiling at the customers. It was like they all just hate their jobs. Not a great look.

10 people in line at the food kiosk. One lonely worker. Supervisors walk on by no one gets her any help. Waited almost 20 minutes in line for a hot dog and coke. Sad

I was told by staff & manager they could not fix my flat tire while I waited and the next appointment was in six days. Six days on my SUV's donut would be dangerous as it states no more than 3. Free tire repair is useless if problems can't be fixed in a reasonable time. Back to Costco for future purchases and sorry to have tried Sam's again. Sam's was closer but not worth enduring bad service or in this case no service as I had to go elsewhere and pay to have it fixed.

It's good. It's a Sam's Club. They are enforcing masks and give one at the door to those who forget. Peace and love :)

Management is not taking COVID seriously. I have children, and it is not safe, as they are not enforcing the mask mandate. 5% of the customers are not wearing masks, or are taking them off in the store. I saw others in some weird political statement are wearing them, then antagonistically taking them off when they checkout...breathing on fomites at the checkout consoles, and nearby people and children in that tightly congested area. Another yelling without a mask over the meat section for a customer associate to help them. The virus could live anywhere from 15 minutes to several hours on packages that people are picking up in optimal temperature controlled conditions like that. I can't do anything to make these people have basic Christian values or human decency for the people around them, but I won't go back. It's not safe for me or my children when I get home. Who will feed them when I'm on a ventilator or dead? Other establishments have no issue refusing service for people violating the mandate or not covering their nose, but this place is reckless with it's customer's health and lives. It's not worth losing a family member to save the maybe $20 we save by shopping there a few times a month.

I love shopping at Sam's Club. They have everything you need in large amounts so it's great to be able to stock up on stuff and be good for a month or two before having to go back. The employees have always been friendly and ready to help. However, my 2 star rating is because of the unfortunate experience my mom and I had on Thursday September 29th. She had ordered me some new tires and they said they'd be ready to be picked up later that day. She wasn't told anything about having to make an appointment, she was just told to come in and have the car ready to be serviced. So long story short, we get there, and the team lead for the Battery and Tire center, was very rude and unpleasant. We walked up to the counter and he ignored us so we waited for about 3 minutes until my mom showed him the receipt on her phone. He says, "do you have an appointment?" So she tells him she didn't know we had to have one. He interrupts her and says, "I asked if you had an appointment, not if you had tires waiting here" and it only got worse from there on out. He was very ugly and short with us, he rolled his eyes when I tried to pay with my debit card. Thankfully I was able to get his name, Rex, and that he was the team Lead for the battery and tire center. One thing is for certain, I'll be buying my tires elsewhere next time. Rex was very rude and unprofessional. It's a shame to see that Sam's Club is hiring people who obviously hate their job and take that anger out on club members.

I just had a horrible experience at the gas pumps. While attempting to pump gas I was harassed by another person. I have two small children and while trying to attend to them, get my cards out of my wallet and talking to my husband on the phone. I was screamed at by someone who had just pulled up behind me. I explained I had two small children in the car and asked if there was something I could help her with and she continued to scream at me. She then drove erratically from behind my car to the front of my car continuing to scream at me, then back around to the back of my car before the attendant asked her to find another pump. While pumping the attendant then came up to me saying he has had two complaints about me (keep in mind all I did was pump my gas) and that I needed to keep it moving. I told him I'm just trying to pump my gas while being harassed. And he had nothing to say, then I called the manager (mike) who gave me a bunch of corporate bs and said he would look into it. Bottom line I was harassed with two children in the car and then treated like I had done something wrong. I was terrified this lady would do something to me or my children and tried my best to remain calm. Sam's need to have better security around so ALL of their members feel save. If you decide to purchase gas from this establishment, please use caution and be aware if something happens and you feel unsafe to just call APD because the employees especially the management won't do anything to assist you.
