Ok place, but will never go back. They run a giant LED Truck advertisement downtown asulting regular folks with a gigantic TV SCREEN on an otherwise beautiful day. Clearly, marketing team does not represent local.

Theres a good bit of tension surrounding Dana, the saleswoman and the other employees. You can sense it. She's demanding and also passive aggressive behind it to save face for her customers. Not someone you'd particularly want to do business with

The area rug selection is comprehensive: varied designs, piles, fibers, etc. There is home decor as well. Above all, Matt was the salesman who I can’t say enough about. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. I wouldn’t have found my great wool sisal without him!

This was our first visit to Rug & Home and we were delighted to not feel pressured in any way. We were directed to the area o rug size we were looking for and received the perfect amount of expertise from Lisa Young. Her willingness to offer suggestions and explain patterns and color was invaluable. She also possessed the ability to know when to leave us alone to discuss and when to return, as if on cue. I highly recommend giving them a visit. We definitely plan on using them again in the near future for other purchases and will definitely request Lisa for our Sales Associate. I must add that everyone who worked there was friendly and professional.

Beautiful rugs! The staff is working on commission so be prepared to be over-tended to. Besides the high level of attention from the sales staff, the store is nice. Lots of choices for rugs.

After looking all over town, I came here and found exactly what I wanted. Had an enjoyable shopping experience. Walker was a wonderful sales associate. Thoughtful and very accommodating. He gave us plenty of privacy to make a decision but was also available to answer any questions. Only wish I had come here first!

Upon entering the store we were greeted by a gentleman named David.David did a great job showing my wife and I the area where we were looking for a 8x10 rugs.I believe we were in the store about 30 minutes where David took the rugs we had picked out laid them out on floor and my wife picked out the rug she wanted and out the door.Thanks again David and Rug and Home.

Lisa was very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. She ushered us to the 5x8 rug row and invited us to look and mark the ones we liked and left us alone to look. When she rejoined us we talked a little more about our living room colors. Lisa pointed out a contemporary earth toned tight weave that looked very attractive at first glance and ended up being the one we got along with a few southwest motif throw pillows. All this compliments well with our wood floors, dark brown stressless furniture and large wall photos of the red rocks of Arizona.No sales pressure, no steering, just helpful, friendly and knowledgeable support. We have found that Rug and Home is a great place to shop and do a sort of remodel/refresh by getting a new rug every few years.

Make sure you know the size of rug that you need. We may not have the exact size you may have to do a foot longer or shorter. The best thing for you to do some measure the minimum size rug you need and then go from there. The loss of rugs lots of different qualities loss of wool rug which is supposedly based the best there are some polyesters. The staff was fantastic they gave a little clothespins to put on the rugs that caught your eyes you go through so you can find the next time the roads are hanging from rack on the wall. You need to make sure you lay the rug on the floor before you make your decision because the colors looks different. Also want to ride gets on the floor it will look smaller that does hanging up. The roads are sorted by size by the most part they are some of the slipped in with others. We made a decision within 20 minutes it was gone within 30 one of the easiest buying experiences we've ever had.
