We utilize the SuperSlow method of resistance training which involves the combination of very slow speeds of lifting and lowering weights and the general principles of high-intensity training. It’s great for osteoporosis and osteoarthritis, too! Plus, we don’t require a signup fee or recurring monthly fees. Instead, you just simply pay for your personal training sessions.
