When we wanted to upgrade our 2-carat ring to a 3-carat ring Erica was extremely helpful in the selection and arrange for the fitting. Shipping was perfectly arranged and even hurricane Helene could not stop Erica form servicing us. Many thanks.

Drove behind two people going to work at the mall this morning. They work at Reeds here. Both of them are morons, speeding parking lot, driving thru parking spots, then felt the need to cast funny faces at me after I got out the car after parking. I was coming to the mall today to buy a ring. If these are the type of people employed then I will never come there for business. Learn to follow the laws of driving, and not drive to work like a moron. Who were they? They opened today this morning at 1025. Black dress women, and white shirt women.

I always buy my watches here, they are all very friendly and so incredibly helpful, Christian is the best, he's always so helpful and friendly. I've been to the store many times and it's always a good experience

I called to do an adjustment on a men's watch and they were very helpful and reassuring on the phone. I brought it in and they were able to do it right in the store in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Mike for taking my call and Christian for helping me in the store! The first place I called was going to send it away for 2 weeks. Yikes!

Nestor was amazing and helped us throughout the entire process. He was able to help us design and produce my dream ring. Reeds was able to provide exactly what I wanted, when other jewelers denied my requests. After shopping around we determined that reeds prices were just as great as their customer service. We are grateful for all of Nestor’s hard work and look forward to working with him in the future.

I mistakenly had a watch battery replaced at one of the kiosks in the mall. They broke my watch trying to pry it open with a hammer and pick!!!I scooped up the pieces and went looking for help. Christian at Reeds managed to put my watch back together beautifully. When he went to set the time, we discovered the crown pin had also been broken!Christian sent my watch to the manufacturer, had it completely repaired, cleaned, and polished!When I asked what was owed for the repair, he said no charge!!I am grateful for Christian’s courtesy, knowledge, professionalism, and fantastic customer service!I’d suggest if you need a replacement battery, save a headache, skip the kiosks, and go see Christian at Reeds.They also carry really beautiful jewelry!!I give Reeds and Christian 10 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
