Their online scheduling and kiosk for check in is quick and convenient. The service I have received here is always quick, friendly, and professional. I can trust they will only have to stick me once and that’s a big motivator for me. It’s also significantly more affordable to get my blood tests done here, so I make the extra trip here despite the distance just for the savings. I will say if you are elderly or struggle with technology, you may not find the scheduling and check in process as intuitive.

If you have a choice, go somewhere else. Having an appointment isn't much different than a walk-in. One hour wait after appointment time.

Confusing entrance to the place though ?????, the street is hardly noticeable, it looks more like a plain parking, .... after circling around I've made it!.
I'm very pleased with the appointment system, service, and set up. The phone appointment system is awful ?, as usual?, but the online option worked great ???.
Easy check in at the facility and professional services, A++++ business, Thanks

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. The grumpy old manager white guy with the beard is the most disrespectful service provider I’ve ever had. They screwed up, not having my tests available at the time of my appointment and then told me I have to leave after waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time.

Their phlebotomy team is great! Unfortunately they book out scheduling labs about 2 weeks- so book well in advance or walk-in. The online scheduling wasn't working for me- but staff made up for frustrations with Friendly service!

Easy check in process for appointment, fast service, and their staff was absolutely amazing to me. I had Danielle and she was the BEST! We also use this location to send lab orders for our clinic and our patients are happy.

Unfriendly, unclean, unprofessional, and don't care at all about any of it. Only redeeming part is that the wait for my appointment was not long, so at least they didn't waste a lot of my time before I decided I was better off anywhere else and left (after driving about 90 minutes to get there).

The waiting room is not very nice. There is no one to greet you, just a note on the wall to login on Kiosk. The phlebotomist, Melinda was the rudest person I have had the misfortune meeting. The office manager did not seem very concerned with her behavior when I reported it. The office is ill equipped, they use a Zero Gravity Chair to lay you in if you are a fall risk during your blood draw. The only goof thing I can say is there was another lady phlebotomist and she was amazing! She is happy accommodating and just an angel. I have no idea what she is doing in that place! But I was very grateful she was there!

Only once in about ten times that I've had blood draws at the Quest in Asheville have I had a pleasant interaction with the phlebotomist. The one I usually get, young and perpetually frowning, is rude and dismissive. She seems to dislike her job, so I wonder why she's there. One day I was sitting in the waiting room for quite awhile, and when she appeared to call someone else back (who showed up after I did), I said I'd been waiting. She said, "our computer showed you were late so we won't be seeing you today." I objected saying I signed in at the scheduled appointment time, and maybe there was a problem in communication between the computer and the sign in station. So she took me back after she drew blood from the patient who showed up after me and proceeded to scold me for being "late", and I explained again that I was not late. She then got visibly angry, cutting me off, telling me, "I can not draw your blood at all today and make you leave the property!" The worst part is that I reported this to customer service, I missed the Regional Manager's call, called her back the next day, and she has not returned my phone call. This was a month ago. They obviously do not care about customer service. It's unfortunate because my insurance will only cover Quest Diagnostics, and this location is the only Quest in the Asheville area.

I’d rather not go into the lengthy details of what a demoralizing experience I encountered at this facility. To make a long story short the tech (Tracey Mehaffey) attempted to refuse my urine because it was a half a millimeter below the specified line and she wanted me to spend my entire afternoon retrying until I reached that line. I had to speak with a supervisor in order to complete my test and leave. If you have to choose a facility don’t let it be this one!

I go there every once in a while for quarterly labs, staff is always respectful of me and my pronouns which is wonderful and honestly I'd recommend highly

They do lab work for my doctor.I requested an employee of the office to draw my blood, to avoid being charged as instructed by Dr. Marlor. They charged me, sent it to collections, all without my knowing, and negatively effected my credit score for ZERO service rendered, and a fraudulent charge.

Arrived at 12:05 without appointment. Checked in easily and the machine schedule me for 1:10. Ran and errand and came back. They got me right on time and I was out within 10 min. Very charming staff. No issues here. They do their best, if they run into a patient that is dehydrated and can’t hit a vein it will push their appointments back for the rest of the day. And then people get angry for waiting. If you were on that chair you would be grateful for them taking care of you after the 10 min allowed time per customer. 5 stars
