The woman who helped me (I believe her name was Jennifer, but I could be wrong) was one of, if not the most, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and friendly people I've ever met. I was preparing to tow a u-haul trailer from NC to WA and had never towed anything before - she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, gave me great advice, and really made sure that I felt comfortable and taken care of. I hope U-Haul knows how amazing she is, because she was the absolute best and I feel lucky to have been helped by her.”

The tach Mike came out after hours- helped me relight my pilot and check everything else in the house! I was so grateful and impressed with the extraordinary customer service. Mike is retired but the rep who replaced him is equally great at his work.
I believe it starts at the top- this must be a pretty good company to work for since they have so many great employees!”
