Just on a conveyor belt of sales. Great salesman talked me right into "a great deal" and was really reluctant to show me anything else, yes of course my fault too. NOT a GREAT deal!!!! And the second I paid in full all service was over!!!! Would not recommend lack of follow through of service and lack of presentation of options. In and out is what I got!!! For a bit too much $$$.

I think most people come here to leave bad reviews and so you dont see the good ones. I had a major breakdown with my car outside of *********. Subaru was incredibly professional and honest. Ive been to many Subaru dealers in various states and would put Prestige and their level of service and ******************* of them. Even the ones I thought were the best.

Buying a car should be A fun and easy experience and Sean made my experience both! Our car was being totaled and Sean worked hard to find me a car that fit my needs in the fine frame I needed it. We had originally ordered a Forester Premium, but when it wasn't going to arrive on time Sean went to bat to get us a slightly preowned Forester Touring for almost the same price! Now we are pimped out with more features that's we could ever need!

I recently had my car serviced at this dealership, and unfortunately, I experienced some issues with their communication. For four days, I was unable to get through to anyone for information about my car, which left me feeling frustrated and in the dark about when I would get my car back. This was particularly difficult for me as I had work and my daughter had school to attend, which made scheduling without a car very challenging.However, I did receive some excellent assistance from Chris and Brandon when I was finally able to reach them. Their help was greatly appreciated, and they were able to provide me with the information and updates I needed. While I was disappointed with the initial lack of communication, I am grateful for the support provided by these two individuals.Overall, I believe this dealership has some areas for improvement when it comes to communication, but I do appreciate the efforts of those who were able to assist me.

I took our 2010 Outback for NC State inspection on 7/19/22. Part of the service was tire rotation. On our first drive after service, noticed a bad vibration on front driver side tire. After checking, I saw that only one of the five lug nuts was torqued; the other four were only finger tight. The exact same thing occurred on the exact same tire two years earlier on our visit on 9/9/20. I informed the service department and the response was very dismissive. The customer service is outstanding! I'm traveling from up north and the ability to get the car in within 24 hours to be greeted by so many friendly staff members is unheard of!!! Comfortable waiting room (they allow dogs so played with a customer's puppy!) So much better than the waiting room near my home, that's like a medical office all stark and charging port based for electronics. This place is what I'd expect for a jeep dealer, love it!!!!

I wish I had never stepped foot in Prestige Subaru. Members of their service staff have been unable to make repairs on a car they sold (said car having promptly broken after leaving the lot), intentionally misleading and uncommunicative. They do not seem to communicate amongst each other even. It was a convenient location but go somewhere, anywhere, else should you need a new car, or to go an old car repaired, in East Asheville.

I have had my car listed for sale on Autotrader and was approached by prestige Subaru's used car manager for a trade in purchase. We negotiated online and he agreed upon a price but upon my arrival wanted to only pay me $1000 less. Bottom line is that even though they stand to make a four or $5000 profit on the resale of my car they won't even pay the KBB'S valuation for the used car for trade in purposes. Don't trust them.

Best service and treatment of my life! So nice and professional, personable and courteous!!! Added to the reliability of the products they sell is their “can’t beat it” service agreement for life: free oil changes! Woo woo! Three cheers for Premier Subaru! Can’t do any better!

For service department - Made an appointment for tire rotation, oil change, and differential oil change. All of that can take about 1 hour give or take. I've been here for 2 hours and 15 minutes!! Feel like they spent more time recording a video to convince me to pay for more services than to get me in and out for what I made an appointment for. Not cool with waiting this long especially when I scheduled an appointment.

My wife's cat needed an evap canister we took it to them told them what the problem was there "certified mechanic" all but said that I was an idiot that part never needed to be changed an insisted that we let him do a $64 diagnostic we agreed and left the car with them then after leaving our car with him he then tells us that the diagnosis was was going to be $400 because he had to take the back seat out of the car coz he wanted to see how far away from the problem he could get and still never do anything to help us out at all then they want to charge an additional $600 for the evap canister that never needs to be changed these are the sorriest bunch of idiots I would not recommend them to my worst enemy they are incompetent and only want to steal money from anyone they can without having to lift a finger they will never never touch that car again as for sell us another vehicle it will be a cold day in hell F*** THESE MORONS !!!!!!!!!
