I brought my Subaru in because i couldn't drive it without the air cutting out and all the dash lights cutting in and out. They gave me a loaner car and said it might be a week for them to find out what was going on. Long story short they had my car for 5 months. charged me $3,000 and DIDN'T fix the issues (took my car to another Subaru shop and they found the issue within 1 day). Every time they came to me with an issue that needed fixing I said yes hoping they would fix the issue. Nope they were just trying to get money from me. The only saving grace is that they gave me a car to use while my car was just sitting, and they gave me a 2 year warranty on the work they did. Reconsider taking your car to this dealership, they will take you for all they can.

I bought my car at Prestige dealership and purchased a service plan with my warranty. Since very early on in the life of the car, the entertainment system wold spaz out and become unusable. I brought the vehicle into the service center twice to have it repaired. They never actually repaired the issue and merely re-installed the software. The 3rd time I brought the vehicle in to have the same issue looked at, they told me the car was no longer under warranty and quoted me $2,000 to replace the unit as they claimed it was beyond repair at this point. I ended up having to call Subaru of America who forced the dealership do the right thing and make the repair. The repair then took over a week and I was not offered a loaner vehicle or any accommodation. It would take days to get a response from their service tech, if I got a response at all. It is impossible to state the amount of inconvenience this establishment caused me, to the point I'm seriously considering buying something other than a Subaru for the first time in nearly a decade.

I bought a 2024 crosstrek here, and the eyesight system keeps putting the car into limp mode, leaving me stranded on the highway. Its been like pulling teeth to get this issue resolved.

Brought our subbie in for service and to change a recall part. Our service writer Gillian was friendly and great to work with. She kept us informed about the repairs and sent a video of the work to be performed. Awesome experience, Thank you.

Brought an elderly friend who had recently bought ( elsewhere) a late model pre owned Subaru that popped a warning light.
Greeted by Sam C. who provided above and beyond Service...car was quickly diagnosed as to problem with video confirmation shown to substantiate. Owner had 3rd party extended warranty which Sam and Allison (Service Manager) took time to call on the spot to check for coverage which was initially not OK'd but then Owner got call next day that they had kept pursuing the claim which was then allowed !
Great Customer Service follow through..my personal experience with dealers and 3rd party extended Warranty claims has been "you call them, we don't spend our time on the phone for this " (that was Mercedes who said this).

Just on a conveyor belt of sales. Great salesman talked me right into "a great deal" and was really reluctant to show me anything else, yes of course my fault too. NOT a GREAT deal!!!! And the second I paid in full all service was over!!!! Would not recommend lack of follow through of service and lack of presentation of options. In and out is what I got!!! For a bit too much $$$.

They replaced my DCM module in my car because of battery drainage. Everyone was very friendly and kept asking me if I need anything let them know. I just can’t say enough about the service. They were just great!
