Our experience working with Marilyn as our realtor while purchasing a home in was truly exceptional. I contracted with Marilyn Wright for the sale of my mother's house because of her considerable experience with and knowledge of property sales in Biltmore Forest. She offered good advice, communicated well throughout the time my mother's house was on the market, and was very patient with me and the questions I posed to her from time to time. I'm very satisfied with the service she provided and recommend her without any reservations.

Alec went above and beyond our expectations to make sure that we found the perfect area in the Asheville region that fit our lifestyle.
On our initial visit before we had even listed our previous home he showed us all the cities in the region from Black Mountain to Flat Rock. We found a property in the perfect neighborhood that needed some work. Alec negotiated with the sellers on a price that was lower than what we were expecting. If anyone is looking for a home in the Asheville area with Alec’s first hand knowledge of the region and expertise, there’s no doubt that he is the best agent. Since we have closed on our new home we are positive we made the right choice thanks to Alec. Without him looking out for what was best for us, it wouldn’t have been possible.
