Buyer beware! The new owners are not like the previous, very competent and honest folks were.3 months ago I had work done there. After spending nearly $1000 to repair my ignition (as I was told the key fobs were not working because of an ignition problem), 2 of my 3 keys still did not work. I brought them back and they told me they fixed the keys, but they still do not work.As well, my visor clip was broken and i was told i needed a whole new visor. They put a clip on that did not fit properly, nor match the the passenger one. Yesterday, the whole visor fell off. they taped and glued the OLD visor back on!now i am wondering if they really did (the 3rd service): brake fluid flush.

I don’t know if it’s really possible to be happy to have to take a car to get fixed, but we are always happy to see the Precision crew! We know our vehicle is going to be repaired quickly and properly, and for a reasonable price, without any concerns of faulty parts or being overcharged. Their staff are friendly, knowledgable, approachable, and take great pride in their work. 10/10, we recommend them to everyone!

Very friendly and responsive staff. They were extremely helpful and kept me in the loop during the whole process of repair on my vehicle.Went here for some maintenance work on a new to me 07 VW on a recommendation from another mechanic shop that doesn't service VW and was very impressed with them so when my car decided to have a major issue not long afterwards they were my first call. Unfortunately the car decided it was time to have a very common VW problem that is very costly to fix that no amount of test driving or pre-purchase inspections would have caught and was totally unrelated to any of the maintenance work they had done the week prior. While my vehicle was getting this large repair done Steve was in constant contact with me to provide updates and in the end the cost was less than the initial quote and less than the typical cost of this repair at other mechanics and dealers.Will definitely be returning for future maintenance and repair needs!

I have recently moved to the state, finding a repair shop that would be reasonable and work on a car that has challenges due to the area of the US I came from RUST! to be specific. When I found Precision international I was pleasantly suprised to get a really genuine and honest evaluation of my vehicle and the needed repairs, they are very knowledgable and when they do thier eval it is sent to you in an e-mail with PICTURES! so you can see what they see, before you decide to get repairs done. You can customize the repairs you want by selecting those from the list they send so you can focus the repairs and also get it to better fit your wallet if some of thier suggestions can wait until a later date. I am extremly pleased with them, I would have 5 starred them but I am always disappointed in the costs of all repair shops in the area, but they are not priced any different than other repair shops this is a personal dislike of inflation. Thier prices are in line with the area but they shine in thier personal attention to the customer and the quality work they do. They are quick to reply if you cobtact them and I think I have found my forever repair shop.

Loved Andy and the rest of the crew. Gave me an estimate on time for parts which was about two to three weeks but they expedited the process and I got my car back in less than a week and a half. Great work, great customer service, I cannot recommend them enough

I experienced open communication and available options to help me make the best decisions that fit my needs.I spoke with Bert and Steve in person, discussing my WRX and the issue, and the solution. The initial consultation was was spot-on. The diagnosis was further explained and I received a detailed RO with a cost estimate via email the same day of diagnosis.I appreciate the communication about my options based on fitment, performance, availability, affordability. Bert and Steve always took the time to look over what I was shopping (a lot ) and to advise me accordingly via phone/text. My experience with so called Precision International Auto repair shop was definitely unsatisfied. I have a 99 clk that had some issues. I spent 8000 dollars. Yes 8000 dollars on a oil leak and some other issues. You know brakes, lights, struts, etc etc etc. I figured the main was the oil leak. In my mind the oil leak would at most be half or 5000 of the total cost of repairs. And the rest 3000 to 4000. I think they had my car for about a week and a half to two weeks. Of course they were trying to be professional with their technique in fixing a vehicle. You know, notifications and pictures, as far as with the process of my car. So I'm thinking these guys are the real deal. Boy I sadly mistaken. When so called Precision International Auto Repair finally called me to inform me that my car is ready, I said cool, I'm on my way. I think I paid them in a two day process, but they received every penny of my hard earned money. The very next day, I'm at home getting ready to pick my daughter up from practice, my car wouldn't start. I figured that it was the battery or starter. So I called Precision, and told them the problem. They told me to bring it back up there. I did what they asked, but I had to pay for the towing. It cost me a hundred dollars. Precision called me the following morning to let me know that the battery was dead. That cost me almost 500 dollars. I asked the employee, if did a total diagnostic check, why didn't you check and see if I had good battery or not? The representative just did a smirking sound over the, said he doesn't know why they didn't check the battery. Now that problem was resolved, I'm thinking that nothing should go wrong with my car, since I spent damn 8000 thousand dollars on a car that is 24 years old, but has a little under 74000 miles. It will be 3 years this October, the car has been in my possession. When I drove off the dealership, it had 62000 miles. Three months past, but during these three months, my car was still leaking oil. I was trying to stay positive, saying to myself, (I know this repair shop did not steal at most 5000 dollars from me, maybe it's just the residue, from the repair. It fact, a employee from Precision called, and asked me how is everything. I told him what I was thinking, in dealing with the residue. But in reality, my car is still leaking oil on the street, in which I have to park my car. Last night I couldn't take it anymore, as I arrived home, I noticed oil stains that are bigger than normal. Usually it's little to medium size stains, that I try to clean up. I took pictures of them, and sent them to Precision today, while I was at work. Somebody finally replied that he will be up there, by the time I get off. When I arrived, the same employee came through the door, with his nonchalant self, saying that they will give me a free diagnostic check, but if it's something else, I will have pay them to fix it. I said myself, WOOOOWWW, but I figured that. So at the same time, I wasn't surprised. DO NOT..... I MEAN DO NOT take your car to this place. They will rob you of your hard earned money. Or maybe just people who look like me.Services: Auto battery replacement

Solid experience. Andy was our service representative and I never felt like he was anything but genuinely trying to help. I had a problem with engine vibration due to spark plugs not firing. I brought my car here when another mechanic stated that he didn't know what was wrong or how fix it. This place is awesome. My husband was having some car problems - did not have an appointment and just happened to be driving by. He ask an employee to take a look… within 5 minutes the problem was fixed and he was on his way. Highly recommend this place.Service: Auto battery maintenance
