Very communicative and attention to detail. This was a mission critical service and I had to drop the vehicle off via tow truck- they immediately took it in, diagnosed it, and provided solutions. For all major repairs, I will be coming back.

Extremely personable, knowledgeable and informative! I know little to nothing about cars and Andy that helped me was so patient in explaining what was wrong with my car and how they were going to fix it. They send emails with pictures of your car problems and explain how to fix it, which I thought was great! I won’t take my car anywhere else!

I have been taking my 2007 Honda CR-V to Precision International since I moved to Asheville 11 years ago. They have always spoke to me with respect and help educate me about the problems with my vehicle. They are very communicative and kind and do great work. I will recommend them every time. Also, letting me use a loaner vehicle is like the cherry on top of the Sunday.

Customer service here is the best there is. Steve feels like a friend, and I always feel well taken care of when I bring my cars to Precision. We feel very lucky to have them nearby, and we wouldn’t take our vehicles anywhere else!

I would give this shop six stars if I could. They are one of best automotive repair shops I have ever been to. They are honest, trustworthy (rare in this business) and they do really great work. I highly recommend them. I would like to give a few extra stars to Andy, he has been a joy to deal with.

I couldn't be happier with the staff and quality of work on my Range Rover. Precision uncovered things the dealership couldn't figure out and even helped me get it covered under my extended warranty.
