While PNC may have some issues. I can tell you that the only person getting the job done is Kaela Stilwill. When every other customer service option had failed me. Even after being elevated to the Escalations Department and being told they are the highest level of Customer Service. I called Kaela. If you want someone that does what they say they will do and makes you actually feel like a valued customer instead of just reading from a script. Give her a shout.

I wouldn't recommend it, not very friendly and in fact, oftentimes standoffish and downright rude. They yearn for money, but there's not a soul with an ounce of humanity in the confines of this business. They refuse to divest from certain big-oil chains; some of which fund DAPL. This one branch is particularly the worst with human interaction, but okay at business transactions. Because you work at a bank, doesn't make you better than anyone, and from the dead-eyed looks from the tellers, they must really hate their jobs about as much as they hate everything. They're mostly snobbish and exclusive. It isn't high school anymore, and if it were I definitely wouldn't hang out with them; rich kids, plastics.

Good bank. I liked the Virtual Wallet program. It allows you to have three linked accounts that make up your "wallet." You can easily transfer funds back and forth, make a budget, use tools to chart your spending, etc.
