Terrible billing experience. I received multiple bills from two different companies that are somehow the same company. They do not match or listen to what my insurance EOB says. I have spent way too much time trying to deal with this. I am likely going to find a new doctor so that I do not have to deal with this business ever again

Got a bill for procedure which I never received. They are sent me a bill though email for strep prob in mission for 04/24. Which is weird because I even been in a hospital during this date or any other date EVER before. Anyway I’ve met my deductible months before and my insurance pay all my bills. Look like they are got only part of personal information but not all of this. This is why they are bothering people with their “service”.Try to reach from their “call center” where I got a one of the redness representative who don’t wanna listen what I say, constantly interrupted me and talked to me as if I owe her wildly money. Look like this organization is completely fraud.They are don’t have any site, or any kind of information in public access, but I have to tell them ALL my personal information because their system is “tricky”.Just ONE BIG FRAUD.

Terrible experience. I received an initial bill with them in September where insurance didn't cover any of the bill. Called my insurance company and they stated that PML didn't enter in the right insurance information so my insurance company never even received the claim. Got it squared away and was told by my insurance company that I'd receive a new bill from them. Fast forward to January and I receive a letter from a debt collector. After talking to an unpleasant employee she stated that they did send another bill in November before turning me into collections which they didn't because I never received one. After asking why I wasn't just called instead of being turned over to collections I was told that they won't call somebody for such a small amount. Completely unprofessional and quite frankly terrible business ethics. When trying to pay the debt collection agency through their website my firewall said the website was completely unsecured so I had to pay over the phone. Avoid using them if you can. Such a headache for a small amount that potentially could've damaged my credit score.

I have the same experience as Taurey''s review. I didn't receive a bill from them and then got one stating that they have taken me to collections. The 'collections' agency confirmed that they are actually not taking me to collections, this is a direct bill. I think it's totally sketchy. So stressful and not necessary!

I can't get anyone to respond to me. I have sent them two messages, and also called and got an answering center who wouldn't talk to me unless I had a bill number, which I don't - that is part of the problem I am trying to resolve. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...especially as all I am trying to do is pay them.

This company NEVER sent me a bill and never attempted to file my lab work under my insurance. However, they did put my account in collections and cause me to spend countless hours on the phone trying to track them down through the rude and sketchy collection agency they hired. I recently got out of the hospital and days of my recovery time have been spent trying to even get this company to answer thier phone and figure out why billing is so incompetent.

If you read my previous review, I have now received a written copy of the results from PML. The issue was not with them or their results. The issue was with how Advanced Dermatology used (or didn't use them). PML did a competent job.

Few people seem to understand or care about some of the true heroes of our medical science community; namely the earlier sweat equity and work, their education and real lab training, the dedication, their long hours of work, and the real lifetime of experienced evaluating that our local pathologist here at the P.L.M. Medical Lab put into and do in their work every day. Pathology labs and the associates at the P.M.L. Medical Lab are saving lives everyday that they evaluate the test results, biopsies and lab work they take on in their daily jobs to analyze and report back to the doctors and clients on. I recently paid off a bill that was just under a thousand dollars for their earlier lab work done on me. I think it was money well spent. If you doubt what good your recent bill is going towards, go look at the profiles and education of their multifaceted team of pathologist. I might have only spent a semester studying at Harvard University, but even I can tell from their impressive resumes what an experienced team of pathologist that the P.M.L. Medical Lab has assembled for them to continue doing the work they do for our surrounding medical community and its clients. I am grateful for the fact that we have them in our area. Until you have a medical team of professionals diagnosis a possible life threatening disease or illness, that earlier teams of doctors had not noticed, you cannot begin to appreciate how fortunate we are to have a group practice like the P.L.M. Medical Lab in our area doing their life saving work every day. I speak from having gone through that kind of life changing experience after getting some lab work and specialist to evaluate my own medical results and condition. Thank you again P.L.M.
