“My dog, Rayla, and I have stopped in a few times. She loves visiting the shop. all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Tons of food and treat options. Rayla likes to pick out chews when we stop in. The self-service baths are great. Especially when you have a pup that likes to play in the mud ?. I highly suggest going and supporting this company; they are truly awesome!”

They go ABOVE AND BEYOND being friendly, helpful, kind, and I always leave with a huge smile on my face!!!!Support a small local bussiness...forget the rest. They even help you when your car breaks down in the middle of a hot summer by being kind, offering shade, and water, and letting you work out your car issues.All the employees there are the best and keep me smiling. And the decor is so fun. They used to have some wonderful shop cats but now there is shop fish. lolGo here as a local the vibes are immaculate!!! “Staying in Black Mountain for 10 days and our buddy needed a bath! No where here in town on google though. So I made a few phone calls to groomers who recommended this place. Took our fur baby in to Bath and Bones. Such a friendly and sweet employee! Sorry I didn’t catch her name but she explained everything about the tub to us and was so kind to our doggie giving him treats and sweet talking to him. The entire place was clean and well organized too.We ended up purchasing a brush and a pack of poop bags too. I highly recommend!”

“Passing through Asheville and we decided to stop at a few thrift stores. This place is adorable and fairly priced. Cute stuff that's very organized and the manager was very nice. Good selection but not an overwhelming amount of inventory, would recommend stopping by here!”
