In this day in age, integrity is hard to find, let alone a local quality jeweler. The owners are a great team in providing high quality jewels, knowledge,creativity and price.I went into Karat Patch with what to me seemed like a pickle, but I was given multiple options that would best fit my piece of Jewelry. After some meetings and ideas, the piece came back absolutely stunning, and faster than I anticipated. I am 110% satisfied.

I took an antique heirloom diamond engagement ring to Karat Patch, as it was so worn I was in danger of losing the beautiful stone. After much consideration and expert guidance from Kristin, the diamond was reset in an exact replica of the original ring setting. It is stunning and I am so happy with the beautiful work done to recreate this delicate piece of jewelry. It has so much sentimental significance to me, as it was passed on to me by my late mom. The professionalism, care and expertise I experienced at Karat Patch will definitely call me back - I could not be happier!

What a joy to work with all the folks at the Karat Patch! Kristen Laughter is the ultimate source in gems and jewelry. Karat Patch took my grandmother’s 1918 engagement ring and created the most beautiful solitaire for my son to give to our now daughter-in-law. Karat Patch is the go-to for all fine jewelry.

We were visiting Asheville for our 30th wedding anniversary. I collect charms for my charm bracelet. I found PKP through a Google search. I reached out to them through their chat feature & received immediate response. They answered my questions and even supplied pictures of their own creations. I knew I'd found the perfect location. We were warmly welcomed into the friendly family owned store. I was able to find exactly what I wanted and some extra pieces. They even offered to solder my charms to the bracelet. If you are in Asheville looking for custom jewelry, this is the place.

Took my favorite watch to Karate Patch which I thought was beyond repair and I just picked itup and now it’s like new. The repair aspect of this business is unbelievable but their friendliness and customer service is even more impressive. Five stars are not enough for Karat Patch.

I needed to have my jewelry cleaned and the settings checked on my rings and earrings. Took everything to Karat Patch Jewelers on Weaverville Hwy where I met Kristin, Jamie, and Kimberly. Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked Kimberly and Kristin about earring settings for my diamond studs, and found out there are two primary styles; basket and martini (never heard of a martini setting), and what the difference was. Here is the difference. Diamond studs in a basket setting can droop a bit but the martini setting sits flat against the earlobe, allowing the diamonds to really sparkle. Best decision I made was to change the setting from basket to martini.Plus, if you are in the market for a special ‘something’, they offer a wide selection of items at all price points. Go, check them out!

I can’t say enough about the customer service experience I always receive at Parker’s Karat Patch. I use them for all my jewelry repair because they go out of their way to understand what my needs are, fix my jewelry in a timely manner, and exceed my expectations in their work. The staff was very professional but also warm and friendly. They were very helpful with designing a ring for me and sizing a ring that had become to small for me to wear. It can be uncomfortable leaving valuable jewelry with a company you are unfamiliar with but is was not here. The whole process went smoothly and they are extremely competent and trustworthy. I highly recommend Parkers' Karat Patch!
