The good reviews are from YEARS AGO. Now the place is run by rude people who act like they are doing you a favor by doing their job. Blank stares, ignoring customers while they stand near registers, not providing any customer service...these seem the qualities they look for in their employees. I dread walking in the store...

Terrible customer service the place is basically run by a bunch of 16 year olds who just sit and gossip. It's also very disorganized, whenever you go up to the register all you see is a bunch of piles of unfolded clothes.

i wish i could give this place 0 stars. i wanted to try on clothes so i asked a guy if he worked there. he just stared at me. about 10 seconds later he nodded his head and opened a dressing room for me. he said i could only bring half of my selections in so i left a pile of my clothes on the rack. when i came out to try on the second half of my pile, i found that they were GONE. SOMEONE PUT MY CLOTHES UP. the people that work here are completely incompetent. i think the hiring manager went out of their way to hire the dumbest people they could find. the store was an absolute wreck too. never coming back.

If I could give o stars I would. Web page says this store opens at 11:00 am drove thirty five miles to pick up an article of clothing and still not open at 11:45. Several customers standing outside door to return productsPOORLY RUN

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. The worst part was the unprofessional manager. She is the last person that should be leading employees. Everything about her is the opposite of leadership. The employees are following suit. I would never recommend this PacSun to anyone.

I will literally never go back.I am a medium size and a large on some days. My pant size is a normal size for a 5”10 gal (refer to AE sizes, I am a solid 8 pant size). I have never been to PacSun and just wanted to give it a try cause I thought they have extremely cute clothes.I stopped by to try some pants on (size 29). Asked the lady if they have one size bigger… she said, “yeah no, that’s the largest size.” Hung the pants up and walked out.The fact that they don’t even have a pant size for a normal size girl…Thank you PacSun for giving me body dysmorphia for being NORMAL SIZE.

My daughter tried to return something she bought online at the store and when her card didn't work they bullied her into taking a merchandise credit which she didn't want. I am now having to address this with online customer service to get her money back. They are not customer friendly and are one of the few retailers who make it incredibly difficult to return items.

PacSun at Ashville Mall in Asheville is a great place to go for cool clothing and much more. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

i’ve always enjoyed pacsun clothes and i was so excited that i finally had a store in my town. the customer service in this store is absolutely horrible.i’ve never had a good experience here. they stare you down and look mad and they’re accusing. these people need to be educated on basic respect and customer service. never shopping here again.

The lady that helped my son and myself was very pleasant and knowledgeable!! The store was really clean and the selection was decent especially for it being right after Christmas!!!

The sales associates do not greet you at all or talk to you. They stare at you and look mad. Horrible service. Shocked at this company.

The quality of the clothes has never disappointed me but the employees that work here are rude and don't seem to know much about customer service. I don't enjoy my shopping experience here at all and will not be returning.
