A very kind man named Rick helped me jumpstart it without hesitation.
He told me he works here.
So of course this is the place I chose for getting my new battery and Signed up for orewards and all. New customer because of Rick.

My low oil light came on today, and although I go to Asheville a lot, I'm not comfortable driving around much. I went to O'Reillys after my appointment and the worker there was so nice, and he actually helped me check my oil and held the funnel so I could put a quart in. I think his name was Michael, he's great ? and so helpful. Thanks ?

WOW! I went to auto zone and advance auto and not only was quoted much higher price for the same part, but the time to receive that part was days! O'Reilly's got me the same part in less a day; AND the part I bought has three times the time on its warranty than Auto zone or advance auto. They also helped me put it on my car!! The other auto stores told me they couldn't help. I would have to take it some where else and pay someone.Cory and Brian-you rock!!! Thank you. Claudia
