Pre-ordered the Killer Klowns from Outer Space steelbook from this business. The order showed up a day early, and featured the most secure packing job of any steelbook I've ever received. Such a breath fresh of air after having to constantly return steels from amazon and Walmart because of dents resulting from poor packing/handling methods. My case is flawless, and I will absolutely be ordering from here again!

I've ordered several times now, and I've never had a bad experience. My latest order resulted in Orbit staff contacting me because the inventory was off. They emailed me to advise that they ordered my item and would notify me when they shipped it (to me). I then got an email saying they noticed one of the discs was loose, and gave me the option to ship as-is or open it to check for damage. Props to the staff for handling customer service properly. I will continue to support them.

We love this place! A customer for over a decade here. Great collection of hard to find films and a cool selection of gifts and art, toys, etc. Fair trade-in credit as well and fair prices on new items.

I have never visited the physical store (I will if I am ever in the area), but have placed several orders through their website. Every single time has been a great experience.First, their fulfillment time is the quickest I have seen out of all the physical media sites I order from. As far as I can remember, my orders have all shipped by the next day (at the latest) and, sometimes, even the same day I placed the order..Second, my order is always accurate, packaged securely, and delivered with some cool stickers that now adorn the side of my shelves.Also, if you ever have to reach out to customer service, they are quick to respond. Just a nice bonus to the experience.I can't say enough nice things about them. If you can't visit them physically, do yourself a favor and check out their website and, perhaps, support them by ordering a few things. You won't regret it.5-stars, Orbit. keep it up ✌️♥️?

Fantastic store for physical media lovers and movie fans alike! Orbit DVD answers my queries quickly, their website offers quick updates and is easy to navigate, and are highly reliable in deliveries of items when available. Can not recommend this business enough.

What a great online ordering experience! I was looking for a specific collectible NECA action figure and happened to find it in stock on Orbit DVD's website. The price was comparable to big box stores that sell the same figures. I placed the order and recevied a shipping notification the next morning. The figured was securely packed and arrived in great condition. There were even some cool stickers, too! I'm glad I found this store's online site. Hopefully I can visit their brick & morter store someday.

They had both of 2 obscure Wii games I was looking for (at insanely low prices) , as well as gamecube controllers tons of games and accessories for older consoles, as well as the consoles themselves. Unfortunately, they did NOT have a ness amiibo, but I will be back if I see it in stock on the website.Worth a visit for sure
