They did an awesome job! Very professional. I rented a uhaul and everything was carefully loaded and balanced so truck drove very evenly. Micah even found someone to unload me at my destination. Highly recommend Open Box Moving!

We moved our home and offices from a big house to a condo and separate offices about five miles away. Open Box accommodated our needs to make two separate moves beautifully. They were helpful, friendly, and gave us the best move we've ever had. They packed for us as well as moved us, and unpacked a lot of our stuff and took away the boxes and packing material. We continued to unpack for a couple of weeks, and they came back and collected the boxes and packing materials for recycling. One thing that impressed me was the thoroughness with which they made sure that we didn't leave anything behind - we ended up with things we had never seen before, which had apparently been left behind by previous owners of our old house! Everything arrived in good condition. I am determined to use Open Box for every move I can in the future.

We used Open Box for a simple Pod unpacking in Asheville. Was not a full move. Tiny bit late, but they called me about it before the scheduled time. They taped up padding along all the room entry walls & added the furniture sliders I provided to all the pieces. I hovered for a few minutes, gave some directions & then got out of their way. One of the gentleman was noticably more veteran than the other, but both were quick without damaging any pieces & I was appreciative of their efforts. Again, not a full move, but a 3/4 full Pod was emptied in no time. Thanks guys.

These guys are fabulous! Everything from the free estimate, to the delivery of furniture was seamless. They were timely, communicative, knowledgeable, and everything survived the move (including our Japanese Maple tree - which other movers wouldn't touch). They were available for all my questions and concerns, and even tolerated my *could we move the couch over there?* moments. I actually asked them if we needed to move again (even though we are in a different state) if they would return and move us - the answer was, absolutely. Can't say enough good things about this company.

I called Micah when we were driving to Asheville from Colorado and we were literally an hour outside of Asheville and he had his crew meet us at our place not even 5 minutes after we arrived. The crew were all very sweet and professional guys. I will definitely be calling Micah once we get ready to move again.I give them 5 Stars ?Colette Barnes

Micah and crew did a great job of moving us across the state. They worked diligently packing everything safely. The crew has a strong work ethic. They are polite and professional. I highly recommend them!

These guys did a great job moving a lot of heavy furniture up three flights of stairs in heavy heat! I had to reschedule three times because of issues with Uhaul delivering my belongings from a cross-country move on time, and they were very responsive and willing to fit me in last minute each time. They were efficient, friendly, and got the job done quickly and professionally!

What an incredible experience! My parents passed away and I couldn't bare to look through their things yet. Micah took care of my family's items like they were his own. I am grateful he and this company took care of me!!
