Went yesterday for the first time. My mom, son and myself had so much fun here. They have multiple different themes and tons of adorable, unique items. Customer service was excellent, everything was clean and easy to see.

Last year my family was treated so rudely by what to seemed to be the owner behind the desk , we thought we would give another chance this year and the owner was just as rude, truly nasty. It’s such a beautiful time of the year. Sad to have to deal with someone of this nature. We won’t be back nor recommend this shop to anyone unless of course you want to spend your money in an ungrateful, truly mean spirited environment! Definitely not the vibe in ANY other shops in Biltmore Village.

35 years ago, my mom and I came into your store . Both of us always had a love of Christmas. It was the middle of August and I was 9 months pregnant with my son. I saw the perfect little teddy bear in your store. My mom bought it for me and my son. My son has that bear to this day. Your store carries the spirit of Christmas throughout the year and that's a rarity. Keep up the good work.

Big Christmas store with a great variety of cheaper ornaments and decorations up to very nice pieces, and everything in between. It was a fun little shoppe to walk through after our outstanding meal at Corner Kitchen, and we were able to pick up a small Asheville specific ornament. The staff was very friendly.

This shop is pretty awesome, considering that it is packed with Christmas and winter holiday goods. It's a fun place to get into the holiday spirit, and the staff was very friendly.

They only greet and say "Merry Christmas" to white customers. My partner, of another race walked in separately and they said nothing. I watched them say something to every white person they saw. Definitely thrilled I didn't find anything worth buying. Would never want to spend my money for racists profits. Way overpriced as well.

This is one of the coolest Christmas stores I have been in, and if you know me..you know Christmas is my thing!!! They have such a beautiful selection from all over the world, and the ladies who run it were so sweet. Will definitely be back on every trip through.

Disappointed in this place. The space is to small for customers to move around comfortably. It is also way over priced.

I love going into this store. They are always friendly and helpful. The merchandise is set up beautiful. I always spend way too much, lol. But I end up with lots of treasures to enjoy for years to come.
