“I was not in a great mood and was irritated with a scanner issue (I believe it was caused by our server and not the scanner). Seth was a hoot and put me in a much better mood while fixing my issue. He didn’t even comment on how much worse I had made it, which I appreciated. He presented with high spirits and as extremely knowledgeable about the machine.”
