I cannot recommend this place more. This is the second time I've had my car serviced by the lovely folks here and both times they have been so nice and explained everything to me. No pressure to do more than is needed but factual about the issues that will come up. Also Mason is just a pleasure to work with!

I chose this place based on all the great reviews and was not disappointed! I showed up requesting a tire alignment after replacing a damaged tire myself. Mason and his team took a look at the car and said the tires were aligned correctly as is, and didn't charge me for their service. Highly recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back!

We were in town for our honeymoon in the mountains and got a nail in our tire. When we walked in to ask for help the woman who greeted us acted like she didn’t want our business. She gave us a time estimate (1.5 hours first) which got longer as we spoke to her. My husband stated her attitude changed when he came to pick up the car but a customer doesn’t deserve to be greeted the way we were.

Had a great experience at the NTB on Tunnel rd. The manager, Leo, was very professional and I was pleased with the service provided by Josh. I will definitely be returning in the future!

We were on our wedding anniversary and had our brakes fail coming down a mountain, we limped our vehicle to Tina and her team on Sunday. They took care of all the issues and had us back rolling in no time! A++++ service thank you guys so much
