helped with my return, but the customer service wasn’t great. they scoffed when i asked for assistance, ripped my phone out of my hands to get the return code, overall were just kinda rude

Shoes (soles) started falling apart (crumbling) after 35 days with very limited mileage. Manager refused to do an exchange. They have a very bad return policy for a terrible quality shoe.
Don’t buy performance or running shoes from this store!

Items are nicely priced but some of the staff are a little paranoid. They assume that you are going to steal or do something inappropriate in the dressing rooms.

Went to Nike and I had a 20% off coupon from being a Nike member for over 15 years. The coupon did not say online only. The manager Zoe would not honor the coupon nor apologized that she wouldn’t. I asked her if she couldn’t do something for me having the coupon and being a Nike member for that long. She then said I’m not going to bully her into a discount. She was very rude and should not treat her customers like that. I’m 44 years old and do not need to be disrespected by a young lady that is a manager in retail.

Nike y’all disappointed me. Y’all definitely have the money to pay the employees but rather not. Can’t keep employees but don’t care cause you’re making your money either way. New balance pays the employees more but y’all supposed to be one of the best employers. Not fair to employees not fair to management. Corporate needs to step the game up. Companies be more focused on trying to brain wash employees than retaining good ones. If Sears can go out of business so can y’all be mindful

It was definitely the worst experience ever! I was the only person in line waiting for check out. Two cashers were talking and joking with three other people, when another employee pointed me to them, they simply ignored me, 5 mins late, I asked them to check me out. James Dolton who just walked into the store, without know what happened, shouted at me, and told me to wait, although those two cashiers simply standing there doing nothing!This is definitely a racial discrimination ! And the store needs to be well managed! As a 30 year old ashevillian, this is soooo disappointing!

I went with my dad and spent more then 300$ like nothing and because I didn’t hang the money to the attended I left it on the counter for her to grab and she made me pay her in hand worst customer service ever the black lady was rude never will I spend money like that if she demands ways to pay and in a rude tone I work in retail and do not to talk to my customers like that or demand them to give me payment methods a certain way so ridiculous

Came from out of town and I’m a huge Nike head, but this store didn’t have as many deals as the other outlets I’ve been to. Wish they had more of a bigger selection.

One sales person on the floor and three up at the register, hollering at everyone to have the Nike app pulled up on their phone when they get to the register. They had shoes on sale for $160. This is not outlet prices.
