Went there twice, both time were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff Jimmy and Neil, they assisted us in what we were looking for each time, very happy with our purchases. When we had to do a return after, it was no hassle at all. Will definitely return !

I recently visited the New Balance Factory Store in Asheville and I have to say, it was a great shopping experience. The store had a wide range of New Balance products available, and the prices were quite reasonable.
The store was well-organized and clean, which made it easy to find what I was looking for. The selection of products was impressive, with a variety of athletic shoes and clothing available. The prices were also quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the products.

On the downside, the checkout process could be a bit slow during peak hours. However, the great selection of products and friendly service more than made up for this minor inconvenience.

While at the Asheville Outlet Mall we stopped by New Balance. I never buy sneakers from new balance so we went to what they had. They had a 40% off sale so I tried on a few shoes and one new balance shoe with a high sole like Hoka looked good so I tried them on and love it. The manager or assistant manager was very helpful his name is Neal . Let me be clear the 40% off and Neal are the two reasons I purchased New Balance shoes and why I will likely purchase more New Balance. Thanks Neal
