Milly was very welcoming. Nest is a trendy option for clothing outside of the Biltmore Estate. I purchased a very cute set for Easter and cute bracelet. Would recommend for trendy fashion options.

never experienced such poor customer service in my life. The two women working there were incredibly rude. Turns out, one is the owner. Honestly, so surprising that people act like that these days. Must be pretty miserable people to treat others with such little respect. Definitely wouldn't shop here if I were you.

Three stars because the store is really cute and unique. But my friend and I went in the store the evening of June 18, and the young lady in there did not speak to us at all. She initially looked at us and then didn’t further acknowledge us. I did ask her a question about some shops in the area and she answered. But she was otherwise unfriendly and ignored us. We were the only two in the store at the time. It was my first time in the store and the clothes are very cute. Her energy was just off putting. Especially because everyone else had been friendlyin all the other stores we had been to. I know Asheville is super crowded now and sometimes I’m sure the store employees get tired of dealing with people. But it was awkward to be the only two people in a small shop and the only person in there working sees you and then proceeds to ignore you or act annoyed that you are in there. We stayed only a few minutes and decided to not try on anything. She didn’t say anything when we were leaving either.

Great boutique! I bought a shirt from there that ended up having a manufacturing issue and they got me a replacement and shipped it to me in Ohio. Great customer service and super cute clothes! Will be a returning customer!

Susan Stewart the owner hit me and my wife in the back end of my wife’s Dodge Durango in her new Jeep Wrangler getting off the interstate 2 months ago she said her daughter in the back seat was holding some dishes and they went falling upon applying the breaks to stop and quickly reached to the back to help hold the dishes from falling then found herself hitting us in the back end and has left us hanging on doing her part on getting it fixed she was communicating at first but now has went ghost and my wife’s car still needs repaired what a shame

This is a very fun store to shop in! All kinds of clothes- dresses, shirts, shorts, shoes, pillows, jewelry and more! I could have bought so many items but I resisted- lol. I wanted to make sure I would buy only items I really need so I ended up walking out without anything! I can always order online. I'm glad I know about this store because I will be back!

I love NEST so much! I’ve been visiting their Biltmore Village location for a few years and this Downtown location is a great addition. Their selection of products is thoughtfully chosen and the store is not overcrowded with senseless knick knacks; you can tell everything in the shop was selected with intention. I also love that they offer a wide variety of sizes (XS-plus). Owners Susan and Millie are incredibly kind and knowledge about their products. Highly recommend!
