My favorite place and the customer service and friendly staff and management is hands down my favorite! I highly suggest Neo Tobacco and Vape. After hurricane Helene that destroyed everything surrounding this store, they were the first to open their doors to our community! It's like your favorite bar where everyone knows your name! Everyone is helpful and friendly. You can sign up for points that result in actual dollars off future purchases! It's just such a great experience every time I visit! I rarely leave reviews, but Neo Tobacco and Vape is #1 in Asheville and deserve all the praise I can give! Highly recommend Neo Tobacco and Vape in East Asheville!

The staff members are always very helpful, and very polite and nice. They know all their merchandise and any questions you have they answer with kindness and politeness. They have good deals and good products, I have never once in my three years had a bad experience with them.
